An unexpectedly hard shot by Cristian Naike in the 9th minute of play forced Roncourt's goalkeeper Mounir Perry to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 16th minute Cristian Naike shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mounir Perry saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 19 minutes into the match, Cristian Naike had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Mounir Perry. Roncourt's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Cristian Naike was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Roncourt's Cleto Pomelov managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Celedonio Eriz in the 22 minute of the game. Elpidio Vitin made an important save on a dangerous shot by Léon Cailleaux in the 23rd minute. The supporters of Vélez Juniors booed when Roncourt was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 25 match minutes in a wonderful position. 忠 杨浩克 didn't get a good kick on the ball. Cristian Naike's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Mounir Perry read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 28th minute of play. Mounir Perry made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cristian Naike in the 30th minute of play. Elpidio Vitin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Léon Cailleaux in the 31st minute of play. After 32 minutes Vélez Juniors's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Désiré Lemière who took care of the corner kick. If Cristian Naike had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. J.P. Kapar could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 40th minute of the match, but Elpidio Vitin made a huge save. A sloppy throw-in by Cleto Pomelov in the 42nd minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Vélez Juniors's Benigno Gurutz.

The wind increased when Cristian Naike made the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Léon Cailleaux in the 53rd minute of play forced Vélez Juniors's goalkeeper Elpidio Vitin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 56 minutes into the game, Léon Cailleaux cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Elpidio Vitin was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cristian Naike in the 59th minute of play forced Roncourt's goalkeeper Mounir Perry to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Elpidio Vitin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Léon Cailleaux in the 62nd minute of play. In the 63rd minute Roncourt were awarded a corner. Désiré Lemière went to the cornerflag to take it. Mounir Perry came out of the goal in the 65th minute to try and stop a shot by Vélez Juniors's Cristian Naike. But to his dismay, Cristian Naike quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. 69 minutes into the match, Roncourt's Jean-Marc Kazmierczak sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Elpidio Vitin narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After some fancy dribbling in the 70th minute, Cristian Naike managed to get in a good position for a shot. Vélez Juniors's supporters rose to their feet, but Cristian Naike was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Mounir Perry breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a rather tough play, Vélez Juniors's Celedonio Eriz got a free kick in the 71st minute. In the 73rd minute Cristian Naike shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mounir Perry saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Roncourt getting a freekick after 75 minutes play. Romuald Benaissa hit a great ball. Vélez Juniors's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Santos Fonda in the 81st minute. In the 82nd minute, Vélez Juniors's Cristian Naike dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-3. After having played for 87 minutes, Cristian Naike managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Vélez Juniors's supporters crossed their fingers, but Cristian Naike was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Mounir Perry showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cristian Naike, who was totally free with the ball in the 90th minute. Jean-Marc Kazmierczak received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 93rd minute. Elpidio Vitin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 95 minutes, Benigno Gurutz mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Vélez Juniors and the Roncourt players grew even worse after the yellow card. Benigno Gurutz kicked well hit freekick during the 95th minute of the match. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Vélez Juniors had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
