If Csongor Tímár had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 2nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alex Sobczyk in the 5th minute of play forced GÉMINIS DARIÉN F.C.'s goalkeeper Thanasis Papadimitriou to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 8 played minutes GÉMINIS DARIÉN F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Wilfredo Henríguez. After a rather tough play, FrenaHayBache's Maksim Jeknić got a free kick in the 12th minute. In the 13th minute of the match, Gottfrid Kjellbom tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Beniamin Bendyk saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Thanasis Papadimitriou made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Csongor Tímár in the 15th minute of play. Alberto Jaen kicked well hit freekick during the 16th minute of the match. In the 19th minute Csongor Tímár shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Thanasis Papadimitriou saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Pablo Escobar hit a great freekick 19 minutes into the match. If Alex Sobczyk had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Alex Sobczyk fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Thanasis Papadimitriou having to interfere. In the 34thth minute of the game Alex Sobczyk who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but GÉMINIS DARIÉN F.C.'s Thanasis Papadimitriou was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Thanasis Papadimitriou took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Maarten Van Achteren, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 38th minute, Alex Sobczyk got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The supporters of GÉMINIS DARIÉN F.C. booed when FrenaHayBache was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 42 match minutes in a wonderful position. Csongor Tímár didn't get a good kick on the ball. FrenaHayBache made a substitution. Vladimiro Lluc replaced Gero von Scheliha.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Csongor Tímár made a kick off. In the 52nd minute FrenaHayBache were awarded a corner. Lucio Otsando went to the cornerflag to take it. When Alex Sobczyk came up free with the goalie in the 55th minute, the FrenaHayBache fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Alex Sobczyk couldn't finish the play. A collision led to FrenaHayBache getting a freekick after 57 minutes play. Lucio Otsando hit a great ball. Alex Sobczyk sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Alex Sobczyk received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 85th minute. Thanasis Papadimitriou tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. GÉMINIS DARIÉN F.C. made a substitution. Sapardi Sopandi replaced Wilfredo Henríguez. GÉMINIS DARIÉN F.C. made a substitution. Andrés Fernández replaced Alberto Jaen. With a little luck, GÉMINIS DARIÉN F.C.'s Thanasis Papadimitriou got control of the ball when Alex Sobczyk tried to sneak it across the goal line.
