Álvaro Machado received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. Diogo Costa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of Campus Douro Academy booed when Alexandrie CF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 60 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fidel Domenech didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some careless play in the Alexandrie CF defense, Rodolfo Montay kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Diogo Costa. The Alexandrie CF fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Diogo Costa should have stopped the shot. Alexandrie CF made a substitution.
