The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. If Eriberto Miranda had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 7th minute. Truylos Bernal was left in no man's land by his defense there! The audience thought a goal was coming when Paulino Marin got free with Vasco Goycochea in the 16th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Andriy Kaká kicked well hit freekick during the 18th minute of the match. Truylos Bernal showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eriberto Miranda, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. In the 26th minute of the match Oliverios Gayangos shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Truylos Bernal showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Eriberto Miranda might have been able to make a better finish in the 30th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Truylos Bernal. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Eriberto Miranda ran back to his position shaking his head. 30 minutes into the match, Salelles's goal looked a bit too open when Eriberto Miranda came free, but Truylos Bernal reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Salelles were awarded a corner in the 35th minute after ҜƗŇǤ ŁƗØŇ Ř€Đ βŁΔĆҜ's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Vinicio Turrilla took the corner. Kauã Nascimento tried in the 35th minute to hit away a contribution but miss-kicked the ball which ended up in his own goal and left an unhappy Vasco Goycochea a with quite unnecessary self made goal. Result 1-3. ҜƗŇǤ ŁƗØŇ Ř€Đ βŁΔĆҜ's Eriberto Miranda got a good chance for a goal in the 44th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 45th minute, Txema Torres hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Truylos Bernal took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eriberto Miranda, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Truylos Bernal came out of the goal in the 46th minute to try and stop a shot by ҜƗŇǤ ŁƗØŇ Ř€Đ βŁΔĆҜ's Eriberto Miranda. But to his dismay, Eriberto Miranda quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-4. The Salelles players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. ҜƗŇǤ ŁƗØŇ Ř€Đ βŁΔĆҜ were winning 1-4.

The wind increased when Paulino Marin made the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute, Afşar Çoğaş hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Truylos Bernal made a fantastic save in the 54th minute, when Eriberto Miranda sent off a good shot on target. ҜƗŇǤ ŁƗØŇ Ř€Đ βŁΔĆҜ's Vasco Goycochea played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Txema Torres in the 56th minute of play. Thanks to some nice moves Nikolay Dudevski could shoot a difficult shot in the 61st minute, which Truylos Bernal however easily saved by the left post. A sloppy throw-in by Cecilio Unzueta in the 69th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by ҜƗŇǤ ŁƗØŇ Ř€Đ βŁΔĆҜ's Du Le Jun. 71 minutes into the match, ҜƗŇǤ ŁƗØŇ Ř€Đ βŁΔĆҜ's Eriberto Miranda sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Truylos Bernal narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Eriberto Miranda sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After having played for 76 minutes, Ronaldo Cosme managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. ҜƗŇǤ ŁƗØŇ Ř€Đ βŁΔĆҜ's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ronaldo Cosme was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Vasco Goycochea made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Txema Torres in the 79th minute of play. Enrique Domingues took the ball and in the 82 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Truylos Bernal. Truylos Bernal dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-6. 93 minutes into the match, Salelles's goal looked a bit too open when Enrique Domingues came free, but Truylos Bernal reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
