The throw-in from Robinho Siqueira in the 7th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by ATHLETICO PRaiano's Vilhelm Skoog. ATHLETICO PRaiano's Rodriguinho Sousa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jean Paraense in the 8th minute of play. 8 minutes into the match, ATHLETICO PRaiano's goal looked a bit too open when Jean Paraense came free, but Rodriguinho Sousa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 14th minute Deilmison van Basten shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mathias Leme saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 17 minutes in the game Robinho Siqueira did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Valdemar Brummer. 21 minutes into the game, Deilmison van Basten cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-0. Mathias Leme was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 24th minute Deilmison van Basten shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mathias Leme saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Deilmison van Basten sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Mathias Leme was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 30th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Unax Mudarra. In the 34th minute, ATHLETICO PRaiano's Deilmison van Basten dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 5-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Deilmison van Basten in the 38th minute of play forced MM g's goalkeeper Mathias Leme to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Unax Mudarra had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to ATHLETICO PRaiano getting a freekick after 42 minutes play. Betão Marquez hit a great ball. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 5-0.

Mathias Leme showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Deilmison van Basten in the 51st minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 53rd minute, Gilvan Brito managed to get in a good position for a shot. MM g's supporters rose to their feet, but Gilvan Brito was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Rodriguinho Sousa breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Deilmison van Basten scored 6-0 in the 55th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Mathias Leme, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Deilmison van Basten blasted a shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Mathias Leme having to make a save. Mathias Leme was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 66th minute, Deilmison van Basten got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. ATHLETICO PRaiano made a substitution. Heitor Maldini replaced Betão Marquez. Mathias Leme made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Deilmison van Basten in the 78th minute of play. Deilmison van Basten took the ball and in the 81 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Mathias Leme. Mathias Leme dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 9-0. After a defensive mix-up in MM g's zone, Denílson Magalhães stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Mathias Leme came out of the goal and Denílson Magalhães tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Vilhelm Skoog fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mathias Leme having to interfere. Albin Larsfält kicked well hit freekick during the 92nd minute of the match. Unax Mudarra recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 93rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Deilmison van Basten sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 96th minute, Deilmison van Basten left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The ATHLETICO PRaiano fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 10-0. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. ATHLETICO PRaiano fully deserved thier win.
