The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Jorrin Briones could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 3rd minute of the match, but Acácio Lara made a huge save. Ferenc Tököli showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rafinha Trancoso, who was totally free with the ball in the 4th minute. Acácio Lara stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Jorrin Briones's shot from short distance in the 12th minute. Acácio Lara showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jorrin Briones in the 14th minute of the match. 16 minutes into the game, Club Athletico Paulistano's Rafinha Trancoso nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ferenc Tököli made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Rapsodas Red Devils FC's Ferenc Tököli played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rafinha Trancoso in the 20th minute of play. 22 minutes into the game, Ezequiel Mineiro threw the ball into play from the sideline. Rapsodas Red Devils FC's Joseph Schwarzfischer quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Ferenc Tököli showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fabinho dos Santos, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jorrin Briones in the 26th minute of play forced Club Athletico Paulistano's goalkeeper Acácio Lara to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jorrin Briones fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Acácio Lara having to interfere. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Fabinho dos Santos made the kick off in the second half. Acácio Lara took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jorrin Briones, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 55 minutes of play, Rapsodas Red Devils FC's Jorrin Briones made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Acácio Lara was left in no man's land by his defense there! Rapsodas Red Devils FC made a substitution. Cristiano Salah replaced Jorrin Briones. Rapsodas Red Devils FC's Ferenc Tököli played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rafinha Trancoso in the 67th minute of play. In the 70th minute, Cristiano Salah made a precise shot to the right of Acácio Lara. Club Athletico Paulistano's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-1. The supporters of Rapsodas Red Devils FC booed when Club Athletico Paulistano was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 76 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eliseu Mendes didn't get a good kick on the ball. Acácio Lara made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Joseph Schwarzfischer in the 77th minute of play. 80 minutes into the match, Jerrold Taranco notched a goal, 4-1, to the right of Club Athletico Paulistano's Acácio Lara. Acácio Lara was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Acácio Lara showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cristiano Salah, who was totally free with the ball in the 84th minute. Acácio Lara came out of the goal in the 85th minute to try and stop a shot by Rapsodas Red Devils FC's Jerrold Taranco. But to his dismay, Jerrold Taranco quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-1. A collision led to Club Athletico Paulistano getting a freekick after 88 minutes play. Fabinho dos Santos hit a great ball. Acácio Lara showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cristiano Salah, who was totally free with the ball in the 89th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jerrold Taranco in the 90th minute of play forced Club Athletico Paulistano's goalkeeper Acácio Lara to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Rapsodas Red Devils FC's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
