The crowd rose to their feet as Club Athletico Paulistano's Fabinho dos Santos slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Mathias Leme. That made the score 1-0 after 2 minutes of play. Mathias Leme made an important save on a dangerous shot by Fabinho dos Santos in the 6th minute. A hard shot 7 in the game by Fabinho dos Santos from a close distance when the talented Mathias Leme managed to make a qualified save. MM g's players were relieved. In the 8th minute, Fabinho dos Santos got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Club Athletico Paulistano were awarded a corner in the 11th minute after MM g's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Agnaldo Mattos took the corner. A nice corner shot did that Rafinha Trancoso got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Mathias Leme quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. When the match clock showed 13 minutes, the score became 2-0 when Fabinho dos Santos sped through MM g's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Mathias Leme. When Club Athletico Paulistano's Fabinho dos Santos in the 17th minute got a chance for a shot 17th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye MM g's goalie prevented a goal. Fabinho dos Santos struck a weak shot in the 21st minute. Mathias Leme didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Club Athletico Paulistano. Mathias Leme made an important save on a dangerous shot by Fabinho dos Santos in the 27th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Fabinho dos Santos got free with Mathias Leme in the 30th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The audience was convinced that Fabinho dos Santos's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Mathias Leme was relentless in the 35th minute of the game. In the 36th minute, Luís Guilherme Sousa hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The crowd rose to their feet as Fabinho dos Santos kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Mathias Leme. That made the score 5-0 in the 44 minute of play. Club Athletico Paulistano's Fabinho dos Santos got a good chance for a goal in the 47th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 5-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Gabriel Paes made a kick off. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Fabinho dos Santos in the 55th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Mathias Leme saved MM g from getting behind. When the match had gone on for 58 minutes, Fabinho dos Santos put it in 7-0 from a short distance just to the right of Mathias Leme. Rafinha Trancoso received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 63rd minute. Mathias Leme tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Club Athletico Paulistano's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Agnaldo Mattos in the 66th minute. Mathias Leme showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fabinho dos Santos, who was totally free with the ball in the 69th minute. Mathias Leme came out of the goal in the 70th minute to try and stop a shot by Club Athletico Paulistano's Fabinho dos Santos. But to his dismay, Fabinho dos Santos quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 8-0. After 77 minutes MM g's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Agnaldo Mattos who took care of the corner kick. It was a well-played corner which Haakon Brøndsel managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. In the 80th minute, Fabinho dos Santos ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Mathias Leme was frozen by the shot and now it was 10-0. In the 83rd minute, Fabinho dos Santos got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 89 minutes into the match, MM g's goal looked a bit too open when Fabinho dos Santos came free, but Mathias Leme reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Mathias Leme stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Fabinho dos Santos's shot from short distance in the 89th minute. 91 minutes into the game, Fabinho dos Santos cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 11-0. Mathias Leme was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Club Athletico Paulistano's Fabinho dos Santos got a good chance for a goal in the 96th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Club Athletico Paulistano fully deserved thier win.
