Caco Azevedo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Shen Sang Hao in the 9th minute. Edmílson da Rocha hit a great freekick 11 minutes into the match. The supporters of Tarrasque Voador F.C. booed when SORRISO E. C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 17 match minutes in a wonderful position. Natanael de Medeiros didn't get a good kick on the ball. Caco Azevedo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Napoleon Furgal in the 17th minute of the match. SORRISO E. C.'s Caco Azevedo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 24th minute of the match, managed to save SORRISO E. C. from getting a goal against them. Tarrasque Voador F.C.'s Napoleon Furgal managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Edmílson da Rocha in the 25 minute of the game. In the 27th minute the ball was on its way in behind SORRISO E. C.'s goalkeeper Caco Azevedo, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Xander Goos took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ryszard Iwanowski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 36 minutes into the match, SORRISO E. C.'s goalkeeper Caco Azevedo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Shen Sang Hao. Tarrasque Voador F.C.'s attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Napoleon Furgal in the 38th minute. Shen Sang Hao let the left foot speak when in front of goal in the 39th minute shot 2-0 at rihgt post. Shen Sang Hao recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 43rd minute. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Murilo Prestes was the one to do the kick off. Caco Azevedo came out of the goal in the 54th minute to try and stop a shot by Tarrasque Voador F.C.'s Shen Sang Hao. But to his dismay, Shen Sang Hao quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. Tarrasque Voador F.C.'s Vladimir Barral was substituted for Napoleon Furgal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Shen Sang Hao in the 63rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Caco Azevedo saved SORRISO E. C. from getting behind. When Tarrasque Voador F.C.'s Shen Sang Hao in the 63rd minute got a chance for a shot 63rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye SORRISO E. C.'s goalie prevented a goal. SORRISO E. C.'s Caco Azevedo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Shen Sang Hao in the 64th minute of play. In the 65th minute of the match Tarrasque Voador F.C. got a corner. SORRISO E. C.'s goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Léo Paz ran over to the corner to take the kick. 74 minutes into the match, Shen Sang Hao had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Caco Azevedo. SORRISO E. C.'s manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Shen Sang Hao was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 5-0. Edmílson da Rocha made in the 79th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Tarrasque Voador F.C.'s Vladimir Barral. Murilo Prestes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Caco Azevedo came out of the goal and Shen Sang Hao tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Tarrasque Voador F.C.'s supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
