The supporters of Tractorul Satulung -MM- booed when FC PIETROSUL -MM- was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 17 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sandu Porumbescu didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 20th minute Mădălin Cangeopol shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Niculae Rădvan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. FC PIETROSUL -MM-'s Niculae Rădvan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Wesley Sneijder in the 22nd minute of play. Sandu Porumbescu hit a great freekick 23 minutes into the match. Mădălin Cangeopol received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Niculae Rădvan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, FC PIETROSUL -MM-'s Sandu Porumbescu got a free kick in the 31st minute. If Mădălin Cangeopol had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Niculae Rădvan didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Mădălin Cangeopol went, in the 39th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Aurelian Odobescu during the 43rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Aurelian Odobescu kicked well hit freekick during the 43rd minute of the match. Heintje Gamarra hit a great freekick 44 minutes into the match.

FC PIETROSUL -MM- made a substitution. Dan Burdujan replaced Filip Braia. FC PIETROSUL -MM-'s Ciprian Halipa was substituted for Aurel Teodoroiu. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Nicolae Bosioc stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. FC PIETROSUL -MM-'s Cristi Ciprian was substituted for Nicolae Bosioc. An unexpectedly hard shot by Viorel Iacobescu in the 70th minute of play forced Tractorul Satulung -MM-'s goalkeeper Panait Hațegan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Tractorul Satulung -MM- getting a freekick after 94 minutes play. Heintje Gamarra hit a great ball. 96 minutes into the match, Tractorul Satulung -MM-'s goal looked a bit too open when Cristi Ciprian came free, but Panait Hațegan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 97 minutes into the game, Adrian Mutu recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Niculae Rădvan. Adrian Mutu showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-2. Tractorul Satulung -MM-'s supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
