Spectators: 36 (Terracing: 28, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Jacob Rawlings started the match with the kick off. A collision led to FC ★C.ă.T.ă★-MM- getting a freekick after 2 minutes play. Anton Bârsan hit a great ball. Dacian Oravițan made a fantastic save in the 3rd minute, when Felix Vărzaru sent off a good shot on target. In the 4th match minute, ASF BAIA MARE -MM- was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dorin Caloian to maneuver through the defense. After having played for 6 minutes, Jacob Rawlings managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FC ★C.ă.T.ă★-MM-'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Jacob Rawlings was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Gigi Brânzaș hit a great freekick 8 minutes into the match. Dacian Oravițan made an important save on a dangerous shot by Eugen Lupea in the 11th minute. Dacian Oravițan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Remus Vermeşan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Victor Huștiu could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 17th minute of the match, but Dacian Oravițan made a huge save. 18 minutes into the match, Remus Vermeşan dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Dacian Oravițan, 1-0. 23 minutes into the match, FC ★C.ă.T.ă★-MM-'s goalkeeper Dacian Oravițan had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Victor Huștiu. A collision led to ASF BAIA MARE -MM- getting a freekick after 25 minutes play. Ernest Petru hit a great ball. When Jacob Rawlings came up free with the goalie in the 26th minute, the FC ★C.ă.T.ă★-MM- fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jacob Rawlings couldn't finish the play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Victor Huștiu got free with Dacian Oravițan in the 28th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 29 minutes into the match, ASF BAIA MARE -MM-'s goal looked a bit too open when Jacob Rawlings came free, but Thomás Linares reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Remus Vermeşan recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 32nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 37 minutes into the match, FC ★C.ă.T.ă★-MM-'s goal looked a bit too open when Remus Vermeşan came free, but Dacian Oravițan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Eugen Lupea to make the kick off. FC ★C.ă.T.ă★-MM-'s Dacian Oravițan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Remus Vermeşan in the 51st minute of play. Anton Bârsan's late challenge caught a ASF BAIA MARE -MM-'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Anton Bârsan helped the player get up and apologised. After 58 played minutes FC ★C.ă.T.ă★-MM- got a freekick which was hit by Anton Bârsan. Anton Bârsan kicked well hit freekick during the 59th minute of the match. 60 minutes into the match, FC ★C.ă.T.ă★-MM-'s goal looked a bit too open when Eugen Lupea came free, but Dacian Oravițan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sandu Gheorghiu in the 62nd minute of play forced FC ★C.ă.T.ă★-MM-'s goalkeeper Dacian Oravițan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 63 minutes of play, ASF BAIA MARE -MM-'s Remus Vermeşan made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Dacian Oravițan was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 66th match minute, ASF BAIA MARE -MM- was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gigi Brânzaș to maneuver through the defense. FC ★C.ă.T.ă★-MM- made a substitution. Cláudio López replaced Jacob Rawlings. Victor Huștiu hit a great freekick 69 minutes into the match. In the 73rd minute Manole Frunză shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Thomás Linares saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Dorin Caloian during the 75th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 75th match minute, ASF BAIA MARE -MM- was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dorin Caloian to maneuver through the defense. A hard shot by Paul Bădilescu from long distance, 76 minutes into the match, got Thomás Linares's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. Gigi Brânzaș kicked well hit freekick during the 79th minute of the match. Dacian Oravițan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sandu Gheorghiu in the 82nd minute of the match. In the 84th minute, Cláudio López got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 93 played minutes ASF BAIA MARE -MM- got a freekick which was hit by Gigi Brânzaș.
