Spectators: 39 (Terracing: 30, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The audience thought a goal was coming when Mădălin Cangeopol got free with Niculae Rădvan in the 3rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Niculae Rădvan was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Mădălin Cangeopol showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-0 in the 10 minute of play. A throw-in in the 14th minute of the game was made by Sandu Porumbescu with Aurelian Odobescu as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. If Mădălin Cangeopol had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After 27 minutes of play, Tractorul Satulung -MM-'s Mădălin Cangeopol made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Niculae Rădvan was left in no man's land by his defense there! Mădălin Cangeopol might have been able to make a better finish in the 31st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Niculae Rădvan. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Mădălin Cangeopol ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 38th minute Viorel Iacobescu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Panait Hațegan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 39 minutes into the match, Viorel Iacobescu had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Panait Hațegan. Tractorul Satulung -MM-'s manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Viorel Iacobescu was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-1. Sandu Porumbescu hit a great freekick 42 minutes into the match. 44 minutes into the match, Tractorul Satulung -MM-'s goal looked a bit too open when Horaţiu Pintilie came free, but Panait Hațegan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, FC PIETROSUL -MM-'s Nicolae Bosioc got a free kick in the 45th minute.

FC PIETROSUL -MM-'s Ciprian Halipa was substituted for Aurel Teodoroiu. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Mădălin Cangeopol was the one to do the kick off. Panait Hațegan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ciprian Halipa in the 54th minute of the match. FC PIETROSUL -MM- made a substitution. Cristi Ciprian replaced Nicolae Bosioc. FC PIETROSUL -MM-'s Niculae Rădvan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Wesley Sneijder in the 65th minute of play. Teodoro Gotzon hit a great freekick 67 minutes into the match. With a little luck, Tractorul Satulung -MM-'s Panait Hațegan got control of the ball when Viorel Iacobescu tried to sneak it across the goal line. 75 minutes into the game, Sandu Porumbescu threw the ball into play from the sideline. Tractorul Satulung -MM-'s Teodoro Gotzon quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. In the 77th minute, FC PIETROSUL -MM-'s Cristi Ciprian ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Panait Hațegan. Panait Hațegan yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 3-2. If Adrian Mutu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Panait Hațegan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Viorel Iacobescu in the 83rd minute of play. Panait Hațegan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cristi Ciprian, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. The crowd rose to their feet as FC PIETROSUL -MM-'s Ciprian Halipa slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Panait Hațegan. That made the score 3-3 after 87 minutes of play. With a little luck, Tractorul Satulung -MM-'s Panait Hațegan got control of the ball when Horaţiu Pintilie tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 93rd minute, FC PIETROSUL -MM-'s Horaţiu Pintilie dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 3-4. Viorel Iacobescu could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 97th minute of the match, but Panait Hațegan made a huge save. The FC PIETROSUL -MM- supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing FC PIETROSUL -MM- would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
