Spectators: 36 (Terracing: 28, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Jacob Rawlings started the match with the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jacob Rawlings in the 6th minute of play forced ASF BAIA MARE -MM-'s goalkeeper Thomás Linares to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 8 minutes into the match, ASF BAIA MARE -MM-'s goalkeeper Thomás Linares had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jacob Rawlings. When Giovanny Panhuijsen came up free with the goalie in the 18th minute, the FC ★C.ă.T.ă★-MM- fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Giovanny Panhuijsen couldn't finish the play. In the 25th minute, Grigore Blăniță got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Marques Navas kicked well hit freekick during the 26th minute of the match. After having played for 27 minutes, Felix Vărzaru managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. ASF BAIA MARE -MM-'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Felix Vărzaru was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 28 minutes into the match, ASF BAIA MARE -MM-'s goal looked a bit too open when Francesco Di Luca came free, but Thomás Linares reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Grigore Blăniță sent away a hard shot on goal in the 31st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. With a little luck, ASF BAIA MARE -MM-'s Thomás Linares got control of the ball when Jacob Rawlings tried to sneak it across the goal line. 36 minutes into the match, FC ★C.ă.T.ă★-MM-'s goal looked a bit too open when Marcel Petculescu came free, but Dacian Oravițan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 38th minute, Eugen Lupea managed to get in a good position for a shot. ASF BAIA MARE -MM-'s supporters rose to their feet, but Eugen Lupea was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Dacian Oravițan breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. FC ★C.ă.T.ă★-MM-'s Dacian Oravițan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Remus Vermeşan in the 39th minute of play. Thomás Linares made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jacob Rawlings in the 45th minute. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Eugen Lupea to strike the kick off in the second half. Eugen Lupea recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 52nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. A nice corner shot did that Panait Stănciulescu got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Thomás Linares quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. ASF BAIA MARE -MM-'s Thomás Linares played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jacob Rawlings in the 61st minute of play. 63 minutes into the match, Victor Huștiu dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Dacian Oravițan, 0-1. After a rather tough play, ASF BAIA MARE -MM-'s Sandu Gheorghiu got a free kick in the 71st minute. The referee felt a red card was in order, 79 minutes into the game, when Radu Neața put in a rough tackle. The goalkeeper, Dacian Oravițan, was totally fooled by ASF BAIA MARE -MM-'s Felix Vărzaru, who 82 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. Eugen Lupea's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Dacian Oravițan read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 85th minute of play. When the match had gone on for 88 minutes, Eugen Lupea took a quick shot and it went in 1-3 without a chance for Dacian Oravițan to make any attempt to save it. Dacian Oravițan made a fantastic save in the 95th minute, when Victor Huștiu sent off a good shot on target. In the 97th minute, ASF BAIA MARE -MM-'s Sandu Gheorghiu dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-4. The FC ★C.ă.T.ă★-MM- manager could be seen shouting at his players as they walked down the tunnel after the match. He was clearly angry that they had squandered their superior possession, allowing ASF BAIA MARE -MM- to win.
