Jorrin Briones started the match with the kick off. The supporters of Brujas KV booed when Rapsodas Red Devils FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 4 match minutes in a wonderful position. Marcus Olsson didn't get a good kick on the ball. 11 minutes into the match, Renato Portalupi notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Rapsodas Red Devils FC's Ferenc Tököli. Ferenc Tököli was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 13th minute, Renato Portalupi ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ferenc Tököli was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Jorrin Briones in the 18th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Petruț Dicu saved Brujas KV from getting behind. After 20 played minutes Rapsodas Red Devils FC got a freekick which was hit by Marcus Olsson. An unexpectedly hard shot by Torrey Molloy in the 21st minute of play forced Rapsodas Red Devils FC's goalkeeper Ferenc Tököli to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jorrin Briones in the 26th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Petruț Dicu prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Manoel Cunha kicked well hit freekick during the 33rd minute of the match. Petruț Dicu made a fantastic save in the 35th minute, when Jorrin Briones sent off a good shot on target. Rapsodas Red Devils FC's Ferenc Tököli played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Codruț Domuță in the 39th minute of play. When Manoel Cunha fell near the penalty area in the 41st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Brujas KV's protests and gave Manoel Cunha a yellow card for diving instead. Manoel Cunha hit a great freekick 41 minutes into the match. Jorrin Briones could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 42nd minute of the match, but Petruț Dicu made a huge save. Renato Portalupi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ferenc Tököli having to interfere. The Rapsodas Red Devils FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Brujas KV were winning 0-2.

Brujas KV's Conrado Romero was substituted for Torrey Molloy. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Codruț Domuță made a kick off. Jorrin Briones received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 53rd minute. Petruț Dicu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 60 minutes into the match, Rapsodas Red Devils FC's goal looked a bit too open when Conrado Romero came free, but Ferenc Tököli reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Rapsodas Red Devils FC made a substitution. Cristiano Salah replaced Jorrin Briones. Rapsodas Red Devils FC's Jerrold Taranco was substituted for Luís Paulo da Fonseca. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jerrold Taranco in the 72nd minute of play forced Brujas KV's goalkeeper Petruț Dicu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Petruț Dicu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cristiano Salah in the 75th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Conrado Romero in the 77th minute of play forced Rapsodas Red Devils FC's goalkeeper Ferenc Tököli to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ferenc Tököli showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Conrado Romero in the 77th minute of the match. Petruț Dicu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Leonardo Colmenares in the 81st minute of play. In the 82nd minute Jerrold Taranco shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Petruț Dicu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Through an outstanding action, after 84 minutes, Ferenc Tököli successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. 87 minutes into the match, Brujas KV's goal looked a bit too open when Joseph Schwarzfischer came free, but Petruț Dicu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Brujas KV's Petruț Dicu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jerrold Taranco in the 91st minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Conrado Romero in the 93rd minute of play forced Rapsodas Red Devils FC's goalkeeper Ferenc Tököli to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Petruț Dicu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jerrold Taranco, who was totally free with the ball in the 94th minute. In the 95th minute Leonardo Colmenares shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Petruț Dicu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The Rapsodas Red Devils FC supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Brujas KV's performance. The match ended with a win for Brujas KV.
