Jacobo Azevedo was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Rapsodas Red Devils FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Luís Paulo da Fonseca was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Luís Paulo da Fonseca might have been able to make a better finish in the 34th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Jacobo Azevedo. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Luís Paulo da Fonseca ran back to his position shaking his head. Jacobo Azevedo came out of the goal in the 41st minute to try and stop a shot by Rapsodas Red Devils FC's Jorrin Briones. But to his dismay, Jorrin Briones quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-4. Luís Paulo da Fonseca blasted a shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Jacobo Azevedo having to make a save.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Eliseo Rufio to make the kick off. In a very dangerous position, a player in Trocha Media FC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 52nd minute. Penalty! The audience thought a goal was coming when Jerrold Taranco got free with Jacobo Azevedo in the 79th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Jacobo Azevedo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cristiano Salah in the 82nd minute of play. In the 84th minute Leonardo Colmenares shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jacobo Azevedo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Trocha Media FC booed when Rapsodas Red Devils FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 89 match minutes in a wonderful position. Leonardo Colmenares didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jacobo Azevedo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cristiano Salah, who was totally free with the ball in the 93rd minute. Rapsodas Red Devils FC's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
