An unexpectedly hard shot by Yin Wei Yi in the 13th minute of play forced Brujas KV's goalkeeper Petruț Dicu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Through an outstanding action, after 20 minutes, Benedicto Ireno successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Manoel Cunha hit a great freekick 22 minutes into the match. When Manoel Cunha fell near the penalty area in the 25th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Brujas KV's protests and gave Manoel Cunha a yellow card for diving instead. When Brujas KV's Codruț Domuță in the 27th minute got a chance for a shot 27th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye C.A.Ituzaingo Ψ's goalie prevented a goal. The Brujas KV fans' excitement grew in the 27th match minute when Brujas KV's Codruț Domuță looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. C.A.Ituzaingo Ψ's Anselmo Valiente was substituted for Jacobo Garin. C.A.Ituzaingo Ψ's Cecilio Eli was substituted for Pablo Innocenzio.
