The crowd rose to their feet as Saturnino Romo kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Pierluigi Buffon. That made the score 1-0 in the 7 minute of play. KaoS Futbol Club's Pierluigi Buffon played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Saturnino Romo in the 9th minute of play. Saturnino Romo's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 12thth minute, Pierluigi Buffon skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Pierluigi Buffon showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Saturnino Romo, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. In the 20th minute the ball was on its way in behind ☆☆El Gordo Team☆☆'s goalkeeper Oliverio Kahn, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 23 minutes into the match, ☆☆El Gordo Team☆☆'s goal looked a bit too open when Noel Hargrave came free, but Oliverio Kahn reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Saturnino Romo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Saturnino Romo got free with Pierluigi Buffon in the 25th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. A sloppy throw-in by Trevor Bibby in the 28th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by ☆☆El Gordo Team☆☆'s Joel Carli. KaoS Futbol Club's Pierluigi Buffon proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 35th minute of the match, managed to save KaoS Futbol Club from getting a goal against them. In the 46th minute, Saturnino Romo left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The ☆☆El Gordo Team☆☆ fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Igor Lebas made a kick off. Tobias Xacintu hit a great freekick 51 minutes into the match. Saturnino Romo hit a great freekick 56 minutes into the match. 57 minutes in the game Anthony De Francesco did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Noel Hargrave. The crowd rose to their feet as KaoS Futbol Club's Lluis Companys slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Oliverio Kahn. That made the score 2-1 after 59 minutes of play. ☆☆El Gordo Team☆☆'s Leo Bikendi was substituted for Mats Liljeström. Pierluigi Buffon took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Leo Bikendi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lluis Companys in the 72nd minute of play forced ☆☆El Gordo Team☆☆'s goalkeeper Oliverio Kahn to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 73rd minute Narciso Noe shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Oliverio Kahn saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 74th minute KaoS Futbol Club were awarded a corner. Narciso Noe went to the cornerflag to take it. When ☆☆El Gordo Team☆☆'s Jerzy Marchefka in the 84th minute got a chance for a shot 84th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye KaoS Futbol Club's goalie prevented a goal. Leo Bikendi recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 87th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Oliverio Kahn showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Narciso Noe in the 89th minute of the match. 97 minutes into the match, KaoS Futbol Club's goal looked a bit too open when Jerzy Marchefka came free, but Pierluigi Buffon reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. For all the effort they put into the match, the KaoS Futbol Club players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for ☆☆El Gordo Team☆☆.
