In the 18th match minute, Despidida AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Pastor Tino to maneuver through the defense. The audience thought a goal was coming when Emiliano Velasco got free with Sebastian Quirce in the 22nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Sebastian Quirce took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Emiliano Velasco, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Emiliano Velasco could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 28th minute of the match, but Sebastian Quirce made a huge save. In the 29th minute, Cain Velasquez hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 30 played minutes Despidida AFC got a freekick which was hit by Gabriel Silban. With a little luck, Pan FC's Sebastian Quirce got control of the ball when Emiliano Velasco tried to sneak it across the goal line. Pastor Tino could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 35th minute of the match, but Sebastian Quirce made a huge save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ambrosio Opilano in the 37th minute of play forced Despidida AFC's goalkeeper Fernando Selatse to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 38th minute Emiliano Velasco shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sebastian Quirce saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Pan FC's Rolando Diegotxe got a free kick in the 39th minute. Emiliano Velasco could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 45th minute of the match, but Sebastian Quirce made a huge save. Arnaldo Urtzi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Arnaldo Urtzi in the 47th minute of play forced Despidida AFC's goalkeeper Fernando Selatse to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.

If Arnaldo Urtzi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Arnaldo Urtzi blasted a shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Fernando Selatse having to make a save. Despidida AFC's Fernando Selatse proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 56th minute of the match, managed to save Despidida AFC from getting a goal against them. Fernando Selatse showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ambrosio Opilano in the 57th minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Arnaldo Urtzi got free with Fernando Selatse in the 70th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Despidida AFC's Kajetan Gdowik was substituted for Pastor Tino. Pan FC's 许明卫 was substituted for Arnaldo Urtzi. Pan FC's attentive Sixto Raymond managed to snatch the ball when Gabriel Silban made a throw-in in the 74th minute of the game. In the 76th minute, 许明卫 reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Fernando Selatse. The goal made the score 0-1. With an all-out effort, Pan FC's Fernando Selatse threw himself towards the right post 87 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Erki Uba, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. In the 93rd minute of the match Despidida AFC got a corner. Pan FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Emanuel Lucila ran over to the corner to take the kick. After some careless play in the Pan FC defense, Alvaro Raymond kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Sebastian Quirce. The Pan FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Sebastian Quirce should have stopped the shot. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Despidida AFC had won after a very even match.
