Golden Dragón F.C's Hilario Pesquera played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dinu Ivănescu in the 4th minute of play. Selim Mićić sent away a hard shot on goal in the 9th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Fernando Selatse made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alan Petersen in the 14th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Emiliano Velasco in the 20th minute of play forced Golden Dragón F.C's goalkeeper Hilario Pesquera to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 21st minute of the game Feliksas Fenichev made a throw-in which Dinu Ivănescu played forward. 22 minutes into the match, Golden Dragón F.C's goal looked a bit too open when Emiliano Velasco came free, but Hilario Pesquera reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Hilario Pesquera showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dinu Ivănescu, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. Fernando Selatse showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ceyhan Celvet in the 26th minute of the match. Fernando Selatse took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Paşa Ali Rahmi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 34th minute, Feliksas Fenichev hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 35 minutes into the game, Golden Dragón F.C's Ceyhan Celvet nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Fernando Selatse made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. In the 40th match minute, Despidida AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Feliksas Fenichev to maneuver through the defense. After 42 played minutes Despidida AFC got a freekick which was hit by Michael Corleone. Emiliano Velasco's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Hilario Pesquera read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 47th minute of play.

An unexpectedly hard shot by Dinu Ivănescu in the 51st minute of play forced Golden Dragón F.C's goalkeeper Hilario Pesquera to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Despidida AFC's Gabriel Silban got a free kick in the 71st minute. Golden Dragón F.C made a substitution. Modris Pavējš replaced Alan Petersen. Golden Dragón F.C's Camerino Luey was substituted for Selim Mićić. Hilario Pesquera stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Alvaro Raymond's shot from short distance in the 81st minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Alvaro Raymond in the 83rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Hilario Pesquera saved Golden Dragón F.C from getting behind. Maximo Perojo made in the 87th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Camerino Luey however managed to control. Alvaro Raymond sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 89 minutes into the match, Alvaro Raymond had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Hilario Pesquera. Golden Dragón F.C's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Alvaro Raymond was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. Fernando Selatse made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Camerino Luey in the 95th minute of play. Despidida AFC were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Golden Dragón F.C for a fine match.
