An unexpectedly hard shot by Dariusz Brysz in the 8th minute of play forced Sporting Buceo's goalkeeper Máximo Correia to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 9 minutes Sporting Buceo's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Amado Gilabert who took care of the corner kick. Amado Gilabert made a great header on FC Devils's corner, it was just that Sporting Buceo's Máximo Correia managed to reach the ball for a save. A sloppy throw-in by Viktoras Rurin in the 14th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Sporting Buceo's Segundo Aureo. After some fancy dribbling in the 18th minute, Isaias Jakue managed to get in a good position for a shot. Sporting Buceo's supporters rose to their feet, but Isaias Jakue was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Artur Boruc breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. A collision led to FC Devils getting a freekick after 26 minutes play. Gustavo Severiano hit a great ball. Roman Loncki hit a great freekick 29 minutes into the match. In the 36th minute Isaias Jakue shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Artur Boruc saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 38 minutes into the game, Segundo Aureo threw the ball into play from the sideline. FC Devils's Fabiano Tomaszewski quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Sporting Buceo's attentive Juan Sartori managed to snatch the ball when Gustavo Severiano made a throw-in in the 40th minute of the game. Isaias Jakue sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. FC Devils's Artur Boruc proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 40th minute of the match, managed to save FC Devils from getting a goal against them. In the 42nd minute, Dariusz Brysz ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Máximo Correia was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Isaias Jakue made a kick off. After some careless play in the FC Devils defense, Isaias Jakue kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Artur Boruc. The FC Devils fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Artur Boruc should have stopped the shot. Gustavo Severiano made in the 56th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Dariusz Brysz. In the 59th minute, Ali Kağan Oğuzalp hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Juan Sartori came up free with the goalie in the 60th minute, the Sporting Buceo fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Juan Sartori couldn't finish the play. In the 75th minute Filimon Gamburtsev shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Artur Boruc saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Xinto Carreiras in the 79th minute of play forced FC Devils's goalkeeper Artur Boruc to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a little luck, Sporting Buceo's Máximo Correia got control of the ball when Viktoras Rurin tried to sneak it across the goal line. Roman Loncki hit a great freekick 84 minutes into the match. FC Devils's Tobiasz Orszak was substituted for Viktoras Rurin. Roman Loncki kicked well hit freekick during the 85th minute of the match. 88 minutes into the match, FC Devils's goal looked a bit too open when Maureen Franco came free, but Artur Boruc reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Xinto Carreiras fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Artur Boruc having to interfere. A nice corner shot did that Xinto Carreiras got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Artur Boruc quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Sporting Buceo were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of FC Devils for a fine match.
