With a left leg Izydor Wolnik saved MS Rybnik from getting behind. 12 minutes into the match, FC Devils's goal looked a bit too open when José Augusto Rosa came free, but Artur Boruc reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Artur Boruc showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from José Augusto Rosa, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. 14 minutes in the game, the ball went up into the seats when MS Rybnik's José Augusto Rosa fired away a shot that was just a little bit too high. He walked away shaking his head. MS Rybnik's attentive Roman Kicia managed to snatch the ball when Tom Giliusson made a throw-in in the 17th minute of the game. Roman Kicia hit a great freekick 17 minutes into the match. Fabiano Tomaszewski charged in rather forcefully in the 19th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Fabiano Tomaszewski the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. 22 minutes had been played when some careless play by FC Devils's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Cyprian Orling was slow to take the kick. During this time MS Rybnik's players had a chance to rest. In the 27th minute the ball was on its way in behind MS Rybnik's goalkeeper Izydor Wolnik, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dariusz Brysz in the 32nd minute of play forced MS Rybnik's goalkeeper Izydor Wolnik to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 38th minute of the match FC Devils got a corner. MS Rybnik's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Amado Gilabert ran over to the corner to take the kick. After taking down the ball on FC Devils's corner Ali Kağan Oğuzalp fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Izydor Wolnik quite easily take care of the ball. In the 40th minute of the game Sérgio Silva made a throw-in which Leroy Sane played forward. José Augusto Rosa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Artur Boruc having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in MS Rybnik's zone, Dariusz Brysz stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Izydor Wolnik came out of the goal and Dariusz Brysz tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

The wind increased when José Augusto Rosa made the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute Dariusz Brysz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Izydor Wolnik saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 52 minutes had been played when some careless play by MS Rybnik's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Amado Gilabert was slow to take the kick. During this time FC Devils's players had a chance to rest. 54 minutes into the game, Dariusz Brysz recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Izydor Wolnik. Dariusz Brysz showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-1. Artur Boruc showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cyprian Pracki in the 58th minute of the match. In the 58th minute, Cyprian Pracki made a precise shot to the right of Artur Boruc. FC Devils's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. After 89 minutes, Dariusz Brysz made it 1-2 with a short kick to the right side. MS Rybnik's Izydor Wolnik tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. After a defensive mix-up in MS Rybnik's zone, Dariusz Brysz stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Izydor Wolnik came out of the goal and Dariusz Brysz tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The MS Rybnik supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching FC Devils's performance. The match ended with a win for FC Devils.
