In the 25th minute of the match Mosqueteiros 4EVER got a corner. A.A. Francana's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Paulino Paião ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner ended in Paulino Paião almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but A.A. Francana's Renan Melo did a great save. The audience thought a goal was coming when Charlie Boström got free with Hugo de Amorim in the 29th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Hugo de Amorim took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Charlie Boström, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 32nd minute Serafino Nafarroa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Renan Melo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Renan Melo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Millano Almandoz in the 34th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Millano Almandoz in the 40th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Renan Melo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After having played for 42 minutes, Charlie Boström managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. A.A. Francana's supporters crossed their fingers, but Charlie Boström was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Mosqueteiros 4EVER had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
