The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Nico Tasso made a fantastic save in the 7th minute, when Andy Cole sent off a good shot on target. The audience thought a goal was coming when Andy Cole got free with Nico Tasso in the 9th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 11 minutes Encanto's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Lokon Pøhl who took care of the corner kick. Lokon Pøhl made a great header on Floresta Negra FC's corner, it was just that Encanto's Nico Tasso managed to reach the ball for a save. Encanto's defense didn't have a chance, in the 12th minute, when Andy Cole scored to the left of an out of position Nico Tasso, making the score, 1-0. Nico Tasso was a little too slow when Andy Cole got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 17th minute. The score was now 2-0. Nico Tasso showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Milen Kúlvachev in the 20th minute of the match. A sloppy throw-in by Gabriel Uefons in the 22nd minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Floresta Negra FC's Clemente Moura. Nico Tasso didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Andy Cole went, in the 23rd minute, to the upper right corner, 3-0 was the resulting score. Egun Pais made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fabinho Pernambucano in the 28th minute of play. Nico Tasso made a fantastic save in the 30th minute, when Andy Cole sent off a good shot on target. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bernardinho Paes in the 32nd minute of play forced Floresta Negra FC's goalkeeper Egun Pais to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Andy Cole recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 38th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Floresta Negra FC's Andy Cole got a good chance for a goal in the 41st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 43 minutes into the match, Floresta Negra FC's Andy Cole sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Nico Tasso narrowly saved just below the crossbar. With a little luck, Encanto's Nico Tasso got control of the ball when Andy Cole tried to sneak it across the goal line. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-0 at half-time.

In the 62ndth minute of the game Andy Cole who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Encanto's Nico Tasso was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Bernardinho Paes hit a great freekick 62 minutes into the match. Floresta Negra FC made a substitution. Jardel Lewandowski replaced Andy Cole. The supporters of Floresta Negra FC booed when Encanto was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 64 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bernardinho Paes didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 65 played minutes Encanto got a freekick which was hit by Bernardinho Paes. Nico Tasso made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jardel Lewandowski in the 67th minute of play. After 68 minutes Encanto's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Lokon Pøhl who took care of the corner kick. In the 69th match minute, Encanto was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Léo Travassos to maneuver through the defense. In the 70th minute of the match Lokon Pøhl shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Nico Tasso showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. 72 minutes into the match, Floresta Negra FC's Jardel Lewandowski sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Nico Tasso narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 74th minute the ball was on its way in behind Encanto's goalkeeper Nico Tasso, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jardel Lewandowski in the 79th minute of play forced Encanto's goalkeeper Nico Tasso to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Floresta Negra FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Lokon Pøhl in the 82nd minute. Hector Bazkoare was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. Jardel Lewandowski recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 84th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When the match had gone on for 86 minutes, Jardel Lewandowski put it in 4-0 from a short distance just to the right of Nico Tasso. Jardel Lewandowski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 95th minute Jardel Lewandowski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nico Tasso saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Floresta Negra FC fans cheered their team off the field, for while Encanto had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
