Bebeto Pimenta didn't get a good kick on the ball. Sandro Tepedino made a fantastic save in the 11th minute, when Arí Machado sent off a good shot on target. In the 12th minute, Ardwyad Vulcan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Sandro Tepedino made an important save on a dangerous shot by Cícero da Costa in the 14th minute. 15 minutes into the match, CDS BUCANEIROS PAULISTA's goal looked a bit too open when Tato Vega came free, but Melquiades Amor reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. CDS BUCANEIROS PAULISTA's Melquiades Amor played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tato Vega in the 17th minute of play. Melquiades Amor made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tommy Van Elsen in the 19th minute of play. Tommy Van Elsen received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 26th minute. Melquiades Amor tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Melquiades Amor showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tato Vega, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. CDS BUCANEIROS PAULISTA's Melquiades Amor played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tato Vega in the 30th minute of play. When Tato Vega came up free with the goalie in the 32nd minute, the Que se abra o mar fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tato Vega couldn't finish the play. When Que se abra o mar's Tato Vega in the 34th minute got a chance for a shot 34th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. When the match clock showed 34 minutes, the score became 0-2 when Tato Vega sped through CDS BUCANEIROS PAULISTA's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Melquiades Amor. Melquiades Amor made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tato Vega in the 37th minute of play. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Cícero da Costa was the one to do the kick off. Melquiades Amor took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tommy Van Elsen, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Arí Machado struck a weak shot in the 55th minute. Sandro Tepedino didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for CDS BUCANEIROS PAULISTA. In the 76th match minute, CDS BUCANEIROS PAULISTA was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Du to maneuver through the defense. After some fancy dribbling in the 76th minute, Lando Norin managed to get in a good position for a shot. Que se abra o mar's supporters rose to their feet, but Lando Norin was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Melquiades Amor breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 77 played minutes Que se abra o mar got a freekick which was hit by Pedro Paulo Mangueira. In the 95thth minute of the game Tomas Lewandowski who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but CDS BUCANEIROS PAULISTA's Melquiades Amor was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The Que se abra o mar supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Que se abra o mar would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
