Melquiades Amor showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Yanick Coremans, who was totally free with the ball in the 5th minute. Arí Machado recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 7th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. David Prada made a fantastic save in the 10th minute, when Sílvio Dantas sent off a good shot on target. David Prada showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cícero da Costa in the 12th minute of the match. Melquiades Amor showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eduardo Viana in the 15th minute of the match. Cícero da Costa recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 17th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. David Prada made an important save on a dangerous shot by Arí Machado in the 21st minute. Cícero da Costa's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but David Prada read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 23rd minute of play. CDS BUCANEIROS PAULISTA's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Ardwyad Vulcan in the 24th minute. After taking down the ball on CDS BUCANEIROS PAULISTA's corner Ardwyad Vulcan fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and David Prada quite easily take care of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Felippe Paranaense in the 26th minute of play forced SANFINS VLP's goalkeeper David Prada to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, CDS BUCANEIROS PAULISTA's Cícero da Costa got a free kick in the 29th minute. In the 31st match minute, SANFINS VLP was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Basílio Veríssimo to maneuver through the defense. In the 33rd minute, Eduardo Viana hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. David Prada showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sílvio Dantas in the 35th minute of the match. 37 minutes into the match, CDS BUCANEIROS PAULISTA's goal looked a bit too open when Yanick Coremans came free, but Melquiades Amor reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Wojciech Wojno received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 38th minute. Melquiades Amor tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to SANFINS VLP getting a freekick after 47 minutes play. André Valadares hit a great ball. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Arí Machado to make the kick off. Arí Machado struck a weak shot in the 54th minute. David Prada didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for CDS BUCANEIROS PAULISTA. After 56 minutes of play, SANFINS VLP's Eduardo Viana made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Melquiades Amor was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 59th minute, Arí Machado got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Basílio Veríssimo charged in rather forcefully in the 62nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Basílio Veríssimo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Basílio Veríssimo hit a great freekick 62 minutes into the match. In the 63rd minute, Arí Machado got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Arí Machado came up free with the goalie in the 70th minute, the CDS BUCANEIROS PAULISTA fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Arí Machado couldn't finish the play. In the 78th minute Arí Machado shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but David Prada saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 83 minutes into the game, Cícero da Costa cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. David Prada was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. David Prada made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cícero da Costa in the 83rd minute of play. Arí Machado received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 86th minute. David Prada tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. SANFINS VLP's David Prada played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Arí Machado in the 89th minute of play. The supporters of CDS BUCANEIROS PAULISTA booed when SANFINS VLP was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 90 match minutes in a wonderful position. Basílio Veríssimo didn't get a good kick on the ball.
