In the 16th minute Egídio Tinoco shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zhang Chang Yang saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Capivariano F.C.'s attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Mario Ardoin in the 17th minute. A collision led to S.C. Ferrari getting a freekick after 19 minutes play. Coronel Salgado hit a great ball. Thanks to some nice moves Gergely Bollobás could shoot a difficult shot in the 28th minute, which Wágner Antunes however easily saved by the left post. Giovanni Goiano's late challenge caught a S.C. Ferrari's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Giovanni Goiano helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Capivariano F.C. getting a freekick after 35 minutes play. Giovanni Goiano hit a great ball. With a little luck, Capivariano F.C.'s Wágner Antunes got control of the ball when Gergely Bollobás tried to sneak it across the goal line. The throw-in from Lu Bing Yin in the 40th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Capivariano F.C.'s Nando Rossi. Furo Furenbrink received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 41st minute. Wágner Antunes tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Nistor Panaiteanu was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 45 minutes into the match. A collision led to Capivariano F.C. getting a freekick after 46 minutes play. Nistor Panaiteanu hit a great ball. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Ernani Paraíba stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Wágner Antunes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lars Vallengren in the 55th minute of the match. The S.C. Ferrari fans' excitement grew in the 57th match minute when S.C. Ferrari's Furo Furenbrink looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Wágner Antunes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gergely Bollobás in the 64th minute of play. Wágner Antunes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Furo Furenbrink, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. S.C. Ferrari's Valdomiro Teixeira was substituted for Sandrinho Machado. 白奕希 might have been able to make a better finish in the 71st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Zhang Chang Yang. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. 白奕希 ran back to his position shaking his head. Capivariano F.C.'s Lukas Martinsson was substituted for Egídio Tinoco. Capivariano F.C. made a substitution. Bernard Juroszek replaced Ernani Paraíba. Wágner Antunes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gergely Bollobás in the 75th minute of play. Capivariano F.C.'s Wágner Antunes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Furo Furenbrink in the 79th minute of play. With a little luck, S.C. Ferrari's Zhang Chang Yang got control of the ball when Nando Rossi tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 86th minute Furo Furenbrink shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Wágner Antunes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to S.C. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. Capivariano F.C.'s Bernard Juroszek got a good chance for a goal in the 93rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar.
