Andy Cole sent away a hard shot on goal in the 6th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 10 minutes in the game, the ball went up into the seats when Mukifus FSCMZ's Thiago Hudson fired away a shot that was just a little bit too high. He walked away shaking his head. Egun Pais made a fantastic save in the 13th minute, when Thiago Hudson sent off a good shot on target. Floresta Negra FC's Andy Cole got a good chance for a goal in the 28th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Andy Cole had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Rômulo Neiva made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Andy Cole in the 35th minute of play. Lokon Pøhl recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 36th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The supporters of Mukifus FSCMZ booed when Floresta Negra FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 43 match minutes in a wonderful position. Clemente Moura didn't get a good kick on the ball. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Thiago Hudson to make the kick off. After 52 played minutes Floresta Negra FC got a freekick which was hit by Alto Muro. In the 53rd minute Herensuge Colomes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Egun Pais saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Egun Pais took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Thiago Hudson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 58 minutes into the match, Floresta Negra FC's goal looked a bit too open when Thiago Hudson came free, but Egun Pais reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Lokon Pøhl came up free with the goalie in the 66th minute, the Floresta Negra FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Lokon Pøhl couldn't finish the play. Mukifus FSCMZ made a substitution. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ben Zynek in the 92nd minute of play forced Floresta Negra FC's goalkeeper Egun Pais to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 94th minute, Floresta Negra FC's Jardel Lewandowski ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Rômulo Neiva. Rômulo Neiva yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-2. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Floresta Negra FC had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
