After taking down the ball on Sagarana Clube's corner Beto Heidemann fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Mieszko Karanowski quite easily take care of the ball. Benedito Trigo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Domingos Santiago, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Mieszko Karanowski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bruno Salles in the 18th minute of play. Benedito Trigo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Murillo do Valle in the 19th minute of play. Bruno Salles fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mieszko Karanowski having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Éder Madureira in the 22nd minute of play forced Marzagão's goalkeeper Mieszko Karanowski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Bruno Salles fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mieszko Karanowski having to interfere. Mieszko Karanowski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bruno Salles in the 29th minute of play. Through an outstanding action, after 30 minutes, Mieszko Karanowski successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Marzagão were awarded a corner in the 37th minute after Sagarana Clube's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Eliseu Fantini took the corner. An unexpectedly hard shot by Éder Madureira in the 43rd minute of play forced Marzagão's goalkeeper Mieszko Karanowski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Mieszko Karanowski was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Éder Madureira showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 44 minute of play. In the 48th minute Éder Madureira shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mieszko Karanowski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 49 minutes Marzagão's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Beto Heidemann who took care of the corner kick. Sagarana Clube's Beto Heidemann was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Mieszko Karanowski in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

Mieszko Karanowski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Éder Madureira in the 54th minute of play. Marzagão's Mieszko Karanowski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Éder Madureira in the 54th minute of play. Mieszko Karanowski stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Bruno Salles's shot from short distance in the 56th minute. Mieszko Karanowski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bruno Salles in the 60th minute of play. 69 minutes into the match, Sagarana Clube's goal looked a bit too open when Oliviero Vuelta came free, but Benedito Trigo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Mieszko Karanowski dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. In the 85th minute the ball was on its way in behind Sagarana Clube's goalkeeper Benedito Trigo, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 87th minute Mazinho Ferraz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mieszko Karanowski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 90th match minute, Sagarana Clube was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Éder Madureira to maneuver through the defense.
