The Marzagão fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Mieszko Karanowski should have stopped the shot. In the 10th minute Furo Furenbrink shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mieszko Karanowski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 11 minutes into the match, Furo Furenbrink had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Mieszko Karanowski. Marzagão's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Furo Furenbrink was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. Gergely Bollobás scored 0-3 in the 15th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Mieszko Karanowski, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Furo Furenbrink in the 18th minute of play forced Marzagão's goalkeeper Mieszko Karanowski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, S.C. Ferrari's Acácio de Andrade got a free kick in the 20th minute. In the 21st match minute, S.C. Ferrari was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Konrad Söderberg to maneuver through the defense. Oliviero Vueltas short, quick shot in the 22ndth minute got João Carlos Oliveira to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Marzagão's Mieszko Karanowski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gergely Bollobás in the 22nd minute of play. In the 23rd minute Gergely Bollobás shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mieszko Karanowski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gergely Bollobás scored 0-4 in the 24th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Mieszko Karanowski, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The crowd rose to their feet as Marzagão's Domingos Santiago slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of João Carlos Oliveira. That made the score 1-5 after 30 minutes of play. After a rather tough play, Marzagão's Eliseu Fantini got a free kick in the 33rd minute. After a defensive mix-up in Marzagão's zone, Acácio de Andrade stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Mieszko Karanowski came out of the goal and Acácio de Andrade tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Mieszko Karanowski didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Sandrinho Machado went, in the 35th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-6 was the resulting score. 41 minutes into the match, Furo Furenbrink had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Mieszko Karanowski. Marzagão's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Furo Furenbrink was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-7. Furo Furenbrink succeeded in the game's 45th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 1-8. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gergely Bollobás in the 47th minute of play forced Marzagão's goalkeeper Mieszko Karanowski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Mieszko Karanowski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Acácio de Andrade, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After the first half S.C. Ferrari were leading 1-8. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Furo Furenbrink to make the kick off. Mieszko Karanowski made a fantastic save in the 52nd minute, when Furo Furenbrink sent off a good shot on target. In the 53rd minute of the match S.C. Ferrari got a corner. Marzagão's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Acácio de Andrade ran over to the corner to take the kick. Mieszko Karanowski made an important save on a dangerous shot by Gergely Bollobás in the 56th minute. Gergely Bollobás sent away a hard shot on goal in the 57th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Furo Furenbrink in the 61st minute of play forced Marzagão's goalkeeper Mieszko Karanowski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Marzagão's Mieszko Karanowski proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 65th minute of the match, managed to save Marzagão from getting a goal against them. Gergely Bollobás came free with the goalkeeper in the 71st minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Mieszko Karanowski could save by the left post. 72 minutes into the match, Furo Furenbrink had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Mieszko Karanowski. Ferrari's Tord Söderqvist was substituted for Furo Furenbrink. After 78 minutes of play, S.C. Ferrari's Gergely Bollobás made it 1-12 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Mieszko Karanowski was left in no man's land by his defense there! S.C. Ferrari made a substitution. Jerônimo de Alcântara replaced Kaupo Oha. Gergely Bollobás received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Mieszko Karanowski came out and tried to block the shot, but Gergely Bollobás slotted it home off the left post making it 1-13 in the 83rd minute. After 90 played minutes S.C. Ferrari got a freekick which was hit by Konrad Söderberg. Mieszko Karanowski was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Tord Söderqvist showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-14 in the 92 minute of play. After a rather tough play, S.C. Ferrari's Jerônimo de Alcântara got a free kick in the 95th minute. S.C. Ferrari's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
