But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Alan Arce couldn't finish the play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mastur Bates in the 15th minute of play forced AF CERRADO's goalkeeper Arlindo Guedes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 17 minutes into the match, Zuera Never End MZC's goal looked a bit too open when Murilo Lucas came free, but Dida Weidt reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Zuera Never End MZC's Dida Weidt played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Antônio Carlos Bueno in the 18th minute of play. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Antônio Carlos Bueno made a kick off. Zuera Never End MZC's Dida Weidt played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Murilo Lucas in the 51st minute of play. Arlindo Guedes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from João Monteiro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 56thth minute of the game 董常朗 who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but AF CERRADO's Arlindo Guedes was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 60th minute, Marcos Paulista ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Dida Weidt was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. After some careless play in the AF CERRADO defense, 董常朗 kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Arlindo Guedes. The AF CERRADO fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Arlindo Guedes should have stopped the shot. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Zuera Never End MZC eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
