Augusto Stephen in the 7thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Cris Beckenbauer hit a great freekick 43 minutes into the match. With an all-out effort, Goblins F.C.'s Jeremias Moreno threw himself towards the right post 46 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Edvard Carlsson, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Augusto Stephen stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, ADM Taquaras's Celsinho Perez got a free kick in the 50th minute. Denílson Tepedino blasted a shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Shen Yi Yuan having to make a save. ADM Taquaras's Áron Bódog was substituted for Zaquiel Puredo. A collision led to Goblins F.C. getting a freekick after 70 minutes play. Cris Beckenbauer hit a great ball. In the 79th minute of the match Goblins F.C. got a corner. ADM Taquaras's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Augusto Stephen ran over to the corner to take the kick. Augusto Stephen made a great header on Goblins F.C.'s corner, it was just that ADM Taquaras's Jeremias Moreno managed to reach the ball for a save. Denílson Tepedino sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out.
