The supporters of Skull Sport F.C booed when SE Palmeiras was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 3 match minutes in a wonderful position. Didi Ramos didn't get a good kick on the ball. Nilson Dracena showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cui Xiang Zhen in the 9th minute of the match. SE Palmeiras's Nilson Dracena played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rony de Senna in the 13th minute of play. Nilson Dracena made an important save on a dangerous shot by João Augusto Barral in the 16th minute. In the 18thth minute of the game Robert Levandowsky who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but SE Palmeiras's Nilson Dracena was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Through an outstanding action, after 21 minutes, Nilson Dracena successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. SE Palmeiras's Nilson Dracena played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by João Augusto Barral in the 21st minute of play. 23 minutes into the match, Skull Sport F.C's Yao Jun Chang sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Nilson Dracena narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After 25 played minutes, Skull Sport F.C's Valério Pires shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Nilson Dracena came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Skull Sport F.C reached it. Valério Pires sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Rony de Senna could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 32nd minute of the match, but Nilson Dracena made a huge save. Basílio do Valle charged in rather forcefully in the 35th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Basílio do Valle the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Basílio do Valle kicked well hit freekick during the 35th minute of the match. A collision led to SE Palmeiras getting a freekick after 37 minutes play. Jano do Vale hit a great ball. Mateus Pitta hit a great freekick 38 minutes into the match. Robert Levandowsky received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Nilson Dracena came out and tried to block the shot, but Robert Levandowsky slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 39th minute. When the match had gone on for 42 minutes, João Augusto Barral put it in 2-0 from a short distance just to the right of Nilson Dracena. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Basílio do Valle to make the kick off. After 53 minutes, Christiano Baiano mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the SE Palmeiras and the Skull Sport F.C players grew even worse after the yellow card.
