An unexpectedly hard shot by Joseph Joestar in the 4th minute of play forced Internazionale-RS's goalkeeper Karl-Erik Hellström to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Karl-Erik Hellström made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Andy Six in the 6th minute of play. In the 7th minute the ball was on its way in behind Litoral EC - CIMZ's goalkeeper Vitor Cordoba, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Rogelio Lynch could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 13th minute of the match, but Vitor Cordoba made a huge save. Karl-Erik Hellström showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Joseph Joestar, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. Vitor Cordoba made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rogelio Lynch in the 24th minute of play. In the 24th minute, Dany-Adams De Scheper hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Karl-Erik Hellström made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dagoberto Custódio in the 40th minute of play. In the 42nd match minute, Internazionale-RS was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alan Tavares to maneuver through the defense. In the 43rd minute Dagoberto Custódio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Karl-Erik Hellström saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Litoral EC - CIMZ booed when Internazionale-RS was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 47 match minutes in a wonderful position. Michel Netto didn't get a good kick on the ball. Karl-Erik Hellström took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Joseph Joestar, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Joseph Joestar to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 53rdth minute of the game Rogelio Lynch who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Litoral EC - CIMZ's Vitor Cordoba was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 54 minutes into the match, Litoral EC - CIMZ's goal looked a bit too open when Rogelio Lynch came free, but Vitor Cordoba reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 61 minutes of play, Internazionale-RS's Rogelio Lynch made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Vitor Cordoba was left in no man's land by his defense there! Internazionale-RS made a substitution. Moisés Cordeiro replaced Aloísio Arruda. Litoral EC - CIMZ made a substitution. After 66 minutes of play, Litoral EC - CIMZ's Steven Bergwijn made it 2-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Karl-Erik Hellström was left in no man's land by his defense there! 70 minutes into the match, Litoral EC - CIMZ's Steven Bergwijn sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Karl-Erik Hellström narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After 71 minutes Internazionale-RS's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Joseph Joestar who took care of the corner kick. Carlos Alberto Trigo tried to clear up in front of the goal, but didn't succeed and rather the ball rolled into the own goal to the right of a despaired Karl-Erik Hellström. An unnecessary self made goal, 2-3 in the 71st minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Caco Borges in the 75th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Vitor Cordoba prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When the match clock showed 75 minutes, the score became 3-3 when Caco Borges sped through Litoral EC - CIMZ's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Vitor Cordoba. Karl-Erik Hellström was a little too slow when Steven Bergwijn got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 78th minute. The score was now 3-4. In the 88th minute, Steven Bergwijn left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Litoral EC - CIMZ fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-5.
