José Augusto de Godoi was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. After a rather tough play, Warren FC - DMZ's Elano Matos got a free kick in the 5th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kaká Goiano in the 6th minute of play forced Warren FC - DMZ's goalkeeper Bernardo Moreira to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Warren FC - DMZ's Bunda Cagara got a free kick in the 7th minute. When the match had gone on for 8 minutes, Renatinho Leal put it in 1-1 from a short distance just to the right of Bernardo Moreira. 18 minutes into the match, Warren FC - DMZ's Giorgian Arrascaeta sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that José Augusto de Godoi narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Warren FC - DMZ's Betão da Silveira got a free kick in the 19th minute. Warren FC - DMZ's Bernardo Moreira proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 20th minute of the match, managed to save Warren FC - DMZ from getting a goal against them. Warren FC - DMZ's Bernardo Moreira played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kaká Goiano in the 24th minute of play. Giorgian Arrascaeta recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 27th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 32nd minute Giorgian Arrascaeta shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but José Augusto de Godoi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 33rd minute Warren FC - DMZ were awarded a corner. Bunda Cagara went to the cornerflag to take it. After taking down the ball on Warren FC - DMZ's corner Bunda Cagara fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and José Augusto de Godoi quite easily take care of the ball. Giorgian Arrascaeta recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 37th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ronaldo Nazário De Lima struck a weak shot in the 40th minute. José Augusto de Godoi didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Warren FC - DMZ. 44 minutes into the match, Giorgian Arrascaeta had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of José Augusto de Godoi. AF CERRADO's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Giorgian Arrascaeta was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-2. The AF CERRADO players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Warren FC - DMZ were winning 1-2.

The wind increased when Ronaldo Nazário De Lima made the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute, Ronaldo Nazário De Lima reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of José Augusto de Godoi. The goal made the score 1-3. After some fancy dribbling in the 54th minute, Ronaldo Nazário De Lima managed to get in a good position for a shot. Warren FC - DMZ's supporters rose to their feet, but Ronaldo Nazário De Lima was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. José Augusto de Godoi breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After some careless play in the AF CERRADO defense, Giorgian Arrascaeta kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of José Augusto de Godoi. The AF CERRADO fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that José Augusto de Godoi should have stopped the shot. The referee felt a red card was in order, 66 minutes into the game, when Nestor Cordeiro put in a rough tackle. Nestor Cordeiro hit a great freekick 67 minutes into the match. In the 68th minute, Betão da Silveira got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 74 minutes into the match, AF CERRADO's goal looked a bit too open when Ronaldo Nazário De Lima came free, but José Augusto de Godoi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 75thth minute of the game Ronaldo Nazário De Lima who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but AF CERRADO's José Augusto de Godoi was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ronaldo Nazário De Lima in the 81st minute of play forced AF CERRADO's goalkeeper José Augusto de Godoi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Warren FC - DMZ booed when AF CERRADO was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 82 match minutes in a wonderful position. Artur Sergipano didn't get a good kick on the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Armandinho de Salles during the 84th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 84 played minutes AF CERRADO got a freekick which was hit by Armandinho de Salles. Warren FC - DMZ's Bunda Cagara couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 85th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for AF CERRADO. 1-5 became the score in the 88th minute when Ronaldo Nazário De Lima elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Bunda Cagara kicked well hit freekick during the 91st minute of the match. The AF CERRADO supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Warren FC - DMZ's performance. The match ended with a win for Warren FC - DMZ.
