Melquiades Amor showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Diguinho Gaúcho in the 17th minute of the match. Giuseppe Catarinense hit a great freekick 18 minutes into the match. In the 24th minute Diguinho Gaúcho shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Melquiades Amor saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Melquiades Amor made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Reynaldo Vides in the 29th minute of play. A collision led to CDS BUCANEIROS PAULISTA getting a freekick after 37 minutes play. Breno Recife hit a great ball. Melquiades Amor took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Diguinho Gaúcho, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ardwyad Vulcan hit a great freekick 46 minutes into the match. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Melquiades Amor made a fantastic save in the 53rd minute, when Diguinho Gaúcho sent off a good shot on target. Sílvio Vides blasted a shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Melquiades Amor having to make a save. Rene Sergi charged in rather forcefully in the 59th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Rene Sergi the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of AnÐaRaHy booed when CDS BUCANEIROS PAULISTA was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 59 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rene Sergi didn't get a good kick on the ball. It was a well-played corner which Eskil Gustafsson managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. CDS BUCANEIROS PAULISTA's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Ardwyad Vulcan in the 85th minute. The corner led CDS BUCANEIROS PAULISTA's Facundo Guerrero to fire away a dangerous shot which David Seaman despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Melquiades Amor made an important save on a dangerous shot by Reynaldo Vides in the 89th minute. Breno Recife's late challenge caught a AnÐaRaHy's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Breno Recife helped the player get up and apologised. Breno Recife hit a great freekick 91 minutes into the match.
