The audience thought a goal was coming when Ronaldo Nazário De Lima got free with Telmo Trigo in the 7th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Ronaldo Nazário De Lima blasted a shot towards the goal in the 9th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Telmo Trigo having to make a save. Bernardo Moreira made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arnaldo Ramos in the 13th minute of play. A.A. Francana's defense didn't have a chance, in the 14th minute, when Ronaldo Nazário De Lima scored to the left of an out of position Telmo Trigo, making the score, 2-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Arnaldo Ramos in the 20th minute of play forced Warren FC - DMZ's goalkeeper Bernardo Moreira to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Giorgian Arrascaeta received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Telmo Trigo came out and tried to block the shot, but Giorgian Arrascaeta slotted it home off the left post making it 3-0 in the 23rd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ronaldo Nazário De Lima in the 27th minute of play forced A.A. Francana's goalkeeper Telmo Trigo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ronaldo Nazário De Lima blasted a shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Telmo Trigo having to make a save. Cássio Viana kicked well hit freekick during the 33rd minute of the match. After some careless play in the A.A. Francana defense, Ronaldo Nazário De Lima kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Telmo Trigo. The A.A. Francana fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Telmo Trigo should have stopped the shot. In the 38th minute of the match, Ronaldo Nazário De Lima tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Telmo Trigo saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Telmo Trigo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ronaldo Nazário De Lima in the 40th minute of the match. Ronaldo Nazário De Lima blasted a shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Telmo Trigo having to make a save. A collision led to A.A. Francana getting a freekick after 42 minutes play. José Vítor Carvalho hit a great ball. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 4-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ronaldo Nazário De Lima to make the kick off. The supporters of Warren FC - DMZ booed when A.A. Francana was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 51 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cássio Viana didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 52 minutes of play, Warren FC - DMZ's Ronaldo Nazário De Lima made it 5-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Telmo Trigo was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 55th match minute, Warren FC - DMZ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cleiton Duarte to maneuver through the defense. If Ronaldo Nazário De Lima had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 61 minutes into the game, Warren FC - DMZ's Ronaldo Nazário De Lima nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Telmo Trigo made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 6-0. A.A. Francana's Telmo Trigo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ronaldo Nazário De Lima in the 66th minute of play. In the 68th minute, Ronaldo Nazário De Lima ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Telmo Trigo was frozen by the shot and now it was 7-0. Giorgian Arrascaeta's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Telmo Trigo read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 71st minute of play. If Ronaldo Nazário De Lima had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Giorgian Arrascaeta fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Telmo Trigo having to interfere. Ronaldo Nazário De Lima scored 8-0 in the 77th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Telmo Trigo, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 82ndth minute of the game Ronaldo Nazário De Lima who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but A.A. Francana's Telmo Trigo was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Giorgian Arrascaeta took the ball and in the 83 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Telmo Trigo. Telmo Trigo dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 9-0. Telmo Trigo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ronaldo Nazário De Lima in the 87th minute of the match. If Ronaldo Nazário De Lima had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Giorgian Arrascaeta took the ball and in the 89 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Telmo Trigo. Telmo Trigo dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 10-0. Wilton Romero charged in rather forcefully in the 95th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Wilton Romero the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Warren FC - DMZ had played much better football throughout.
