Caio da Costa stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Fausto Romero's shot from short distance in the 15th minute. The supporters of Abutres 2003 FDP booed when Coritiba Foot Ball Club was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 15 match minutes in a wonderful position. Vicente Sabóia didn't get a good kick on the ball. Caio da Costa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vicente Sabóia, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. Coritiba Foot Ball Club's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
