The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 4th minute, Eusébio Barros left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. Válbson Soeiro helped the player get up and apologised. Válbson Soeiro hit a great freekick 21 minutes into the match. Fagondo Vasquez took the ball and in the 24 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Telmo Trigo. Telmo Trigo dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. 27 minutes into the match, A.A. Francana's goal looked a bit too open when Eusébio Barros came free, but Telmo Trigo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 29 minutes into the match, Fagondo Vasquez notched a goal, 0-4, to the right of A.A. Francana's Telmo Trigo. Telmo Trigo was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 32nd minute, Fagondo Vasquez ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Telmo Trigo was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-5. Laerte de Lima hit a great freekick 34 minutes into the match. If João Adolfo Leite had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 40th minute, Eusébio Barros made a precise shot to the right of Telmo Trigo. A.A. Francana's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-6. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-6.

BRASIL.Sp made a substitution. Almir Matos replaced Guilherme Dantas. BRASIL.Sp's Bart Croisé quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Cido Vinhas, made in the 57th minute of the game. In the 59thth minute of the game Eusébio Barros who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but A.A. Francana's Telmo Trigo was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. A collision led to A.A. Francana getting a freekick after 62 minutes play. Serginho Alagoano hit a great ball. In the 63rd minute, A.A. Francana's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Fagondo Vasquez fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. 64 minutes into the game, BRASIL.Sp's Eusébio Barros nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Telmo Trigo made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-7. Telmo Trigo yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-9. With a little luck, A.A. Francana's Telmo Trigo got control of the ball when Eusébio Barros tried to sneak it across the goal line. When Almir Matos came up free with the goalie in the 88th minute, the BRASIL.Sp fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Almir Matos couldn't finish the play. 90 minutes into the match Marcel Sanches climbed in front of goal and pressed up 0-10 in the right cross behind a totally surprised Telmo Trigo.
