Traian Traian might have been able to make a better finish in the 13th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Olimpiu Târlea. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Traian Traian ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 13th minute Traian Traian shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Olimpiu Târlea saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 14th minute, Gică Chilian hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Olimpiu Târlea made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Traian Traian in the 17th minute of play. 25 minutes into the match, A4p FC Gad's goal looked a bit too open when Traian Traian came free, but Olimpiu Târlea reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Teodor Huștiu in the 34th minute of play forced A4p FC Gad's goalkeeper Olimpiu Târlea to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Olimpiu Târlea stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Teodor Huștiu's shot from short distance in the 35th minute. 36 minutes had been played when some careless play by A4p FC Gad's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Mihnea Stanca was slow to take the kick. During this time Fotbal Club Vaslui's players had a chance to rest. A nice corner shot did that Mihnea Stanca got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Olimpiu Târlea quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Gică Chilian kicked well hit freekick during the 37th minute of the match. Javier Montes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The throw-in from Gică Chilian in the 43rd minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Fotbal Club Vaslui's Wellington Neves. Traian Traian might have been able to make a better finish in the 44th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Olimpiu Târlea. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Traian Traian ran back to his position shaking his head. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Traian Traian stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. A4p FC Gad's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Matías Azevedo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-9. The A4p FC Gad fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Fotbal Club Vaslui were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
