The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Fotbal Club Vaslui's Genaro Montez proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 3rd minute of the match, managed to save Fotbal Club Vaslui from getting a goal against them. 5 minutes into the match, -BZF- Viper eSports's goal looked a bit too open when Traian Traian came free, but Silviu Lung reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Traian Traian sent away a hard shot on goal in the 7th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Silviu Lung showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Traian Traian, who was totally free with the ball in the 7th minute. Traian Traian took the ball and in the 11 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Silviu Lung. Silviu Lung dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. If Traian Traian had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Silviu Lung showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Traian Traian in the 14th minute of the match. With an all-out effort, -BZF- Viper eSports's Genaro Montez threw himself towards the right post 16 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Niculae Podgoreanu, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. -BZF- Viper eSports were awarded a corner in the 17th minute after Fotbal Club Vaslui's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Niculae Podgoreanu took the corner. The corner led -BZF- Viper eSports's Costin Neacșu to fire away a dangerous shot which Genaro Montez despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Genaro Montez was out of position in the 17 minute of play, and Costin Neacșu capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Costin Neacșu really showed his touch with that goal: 1-1. Nechifor Mironescu made in the 21st minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Fotbal Club Vaslui's Visti Hjelmstoft. In the 22nd minute, Traian Traian left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Fotbal Club Vaslui fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Manole Pâslaru in the 26th minute of play forced Fotbal Club Vaslui's goalkeeper Genaro Montez to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 29 minutes into the match, Fotbal Club Vaslui's goal looked a bit too open when Manole Pâslaru came free, but Genaro Montez reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 36 minutes into the match, -BZF- Viper eSports's goal looked a bit too open when Traian Traian came free, but Silviu Lung reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With an all-out effort, -BZF- Viper eSports's Genaro Montez threw himself towards the right post 37 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Niculae Podgoreanu, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. 42 minutes into the match, Traian Traian notched a goal, 1-3, to the right of -BZF- Viper eSports's Silviu Lung. Silviu Lung was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Traian Traian might have been able to make a better finish in the 45th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Silviu Lung. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Traian Traian ran back to his position shaking his head. After 47 minutes of play, Fotbal Club Vaslui's Traian Traian made it 1-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Silviu Lung was left in no man's land by his defense there! Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-4 lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Manole Pâslaru made a kick off. Genaro Montez showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Manole Pâslaru, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. The crowd rose to their feet as Fotbal Club Vaslui's Traian Traian slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Silviu Lung. That made the score 1-5 after 57 minutes of play. Silviu Lung didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Traian Traian went, in the 62nd minute, to the upper right corner, 1-6 was the resulting score. Genaro Montez showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Manole Pâslaru in the 65th minute of the match. 66 minutes into the game, Niculae Podgoreanu cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-6. Genaro Montez was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 74 minutes into the match, Fotbal Club Vaslui's goal looked a bit too open when Costin Neacșu came free, but Genaro Montez reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the match had gone on for 79 minutes, Traian Traian took a quick shot and it went in 2-7 without a chance for Silviu Lung to make any attempt to save it. Fotbal Club Vaslui's Matías Azevedo was substituted for Traian Traian. 84 minutes into the game, Matías Azevedo recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Silviu Lung. Matías Azevedo showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-8. The supporters of Fotbal Club Vaslui booed when -BZF- Viper eSports was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 89 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nechifor Mironescu didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 95th minute Matías Azevedo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Silviu Lung saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 95th match minute, Fotbal Club Vaslui was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Wellington Neves to maneuver through the defense. Fotbal Club Vaslui's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
