With an extended leg and a bit of luck Eric Jitaru prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 8th match minute, Club13 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jano Nascimento to maneuver through the defense. In the 14th minute, Octav Puiu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 17th minute of the match, Nico Schellander tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but George Dănășel saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Edgar Nicolescu hit a great freekick 18 minutes into the match. 22 minutes into the match, Club13's goal looked a bit too open when Amável Falcão came free, but George Dănășel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Edgar Nicolescu came free with the goalkeeper in the 24th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and George Dănășel could save by the left post. Eric Jitaru took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Octav Puiu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 28 minutes into the match, Club13's goalkeeper George Dănășel had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Edgar Nicolescu. George Dănășel stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Amável Falcão's shot from short distance in the 30th minute. George Dănășel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Amável Falcão in the 38th minute of play. Amável Falcão's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 42ndth minute, George Dănășel skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. The crowd rose to their feet as Amável Falcão kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving George Dănășel. That made the score 1-0 in the 43 minute of play. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Amável Falcão was the one to do the kick off. George Dănășel stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Nico Schellander's shot from short distance in the 54th minute. If Francisc Jităreanu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Francisc Jităreanu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 58th minute. Eric Jitaru tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The corner went over the outstretched arms of Club13's goalie and right to Edgar Nicolescu. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Club13's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. After 68 played minutes Club13 got a freekick which was hit by Flavio Colonna. After a rather tough play, Club13's Olimpiu Braica got a free kick in the 71st minute. Edgar Nicolescu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without George Dănășel having to interfere. 75 minutes into the match, Club13's goal looked a bit too open when Amável Falcão came free, but George Dănășel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 75th match minute, Club13 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Olimpiu Braica to maneuver through the defense. Edgar Nicolescu took the ball and in the 76 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised George Dănășel. George Dănășel dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. FC!Empire!Costy squad ™'s Alan Rutgeerts was substituted for Niculae Tomoioagă. George Dănășel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Edgar Nicolescu, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. The supporters of FC!Empire!Costy squad ™ booed when Club13 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 88 match minutes in a wonderful position. Vlad Ioanițiu didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 89th minute, Amável Falcão managed to get in a good position for a shot. FC!Empire!Costy squad ™'s supporters rose to their feet, but Amável Falcão was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. George Dănășel breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Edgar Nicolescu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. FC!Empire!Costy squad ™ walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
