Spectators: 38 (Terracing: 29, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Gaizko Abaurre took the kick off in the first half of the match. Mihnea Suşu was out of position in the 9 minute of play, and Dobri Karapetrov capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Dobri Karapetrov really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. In the 15th match minute, FC Dacii Liberi - IASI was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Petru Drâmba to maneuver through the defense. FC Dacii Liberi - IASI's Benedicto Abello got a good chance for a goal in the 20th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The audience was convinced that Dobri Karapetrov's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Mihnea Suşu was relentless in the 21st minute of the game. After 23 minutes FC Dacii Liberi - IASI's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Ilie Buhuș who took care of the corner kick. A collision led to FC Dacii Liberi - IASI getting a freekick after 26 minutes play. Gaizko Abaurre hit a great ball. In the 34th minute, Benedicto Abello hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Ştefan Coșereanu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Bogdan Chelaru sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Dobri Karapetrov stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Dumitru Berca made a fantastic save in the 52nd minute, when Bogdan Chelaru sent off a good shot on target. Mihnea Suşu came out of the goal in the 54th minute to try and stop a shot by VIP's Ştefan Coșereanu. But to his dismay, Ştefan Coșereanu quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. Benedicto Abello kicked well hit freekick during the 60th minute of the match. Mihnea Suşu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ştefan Coșereanu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Mihnea Suşu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sebastian Ţugui in the 64th minute of play. In the 71st minute VIP were awarded a corner. Ilie Buhuș went to the cornerflag to take it. After 76 played minutes VIP got a freekick which was hit by Dobri Karapetrov. In the 78th minute Ştefan Coșereanu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mihnea Suşu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After having played for 81 minutes, Ştefan Coșereanu managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. VIP's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ştefan Coșereanu was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Sebastian Ţugui kicked well hit freekick during the 82nd minute of the match. Dumitru Berca showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gaizko Abaurre in the 83rd minute of the match. 85 minutes into the match, Dobri Karapetrov had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Mihnea Suşu. FC Dacii Liberi - IASI's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Dobri Karapetrov was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-0. Benedicto Abello sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Bogdan Chelaru had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Gaizko Abaurre in the 94th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Dumitru Berca prevented the ball from getting in the gole.
