The supporters of Várzea F.C. booed when ITAFUT 4EVER was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 2 match minutes in a wonderful position. Estevez Palmeira didn't get a good kick on the ball. 3 minutes into the match, Várzea F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Estevez Palmeira came free, but Serafim Mesquita reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 5th minute, César Siqueira hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Sidney Lima during the 6th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 6 played minutes ITAFUT 4EVER got a freekick which was hit by Sidney Lima. Ernesto Varela didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Jailson Koehler went, in the 10th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. 16 minutes into the match, ITAFUT 4EVER's goal looked a bit too open when Alessandro Mandrak came free, but Ernesto Varela reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Estevez Palmeira kicked well hit freekick during the 19th minute of the match. Serafim Mesquita showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Pedro Paulo Munhoz, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. 25 minutes into the match, ITAFUT 4EVER's goal looked a bit too open when Alessandro Mandrak came free, but Ernesto Varela reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ernesto Varela took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jailson Koehler, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 39 played minutes Várzea F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Filipe Mendonça. 41 minutes into the match, Edgar Baiano dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Serafim Mesquita, 1-1. In the 46th minute of the match Várzea F.C. got a corner. ITAFUT 4EVER's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Alessandro Mandrak ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner led Várzea F.C.'s Alessandro Mandrak to fire away a dangerous shot which Ernesto Varela despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

Várzea F.C.'s Serafim Mesquita played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Léo Velasco in the 51st minute of play. Serafim Mesquita showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Pedro Paulo Munhoz, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. Bruninho Arósio kicked well hit freekick during the 56th minute of the match. 59 minutes into the match, Várzea F.C.'s Marco Mangueira sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ernesto Varela narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 70 minutes into the match, Várzea F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Estevez Palmeira came free, but Serafim Mesquita reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Serafim Mesquita showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Wiliam Cardozo, who was totally free with the ball in the 72nd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ramiro Rosado in the 82nd minute of play forced ITAFUT 4EVER's goalkeeper Ernesto Varela to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ernesto Varela made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ramiro Rosado in the 84th minute of play. In the 84th minute Ramiro Rosado shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ernesto Varela saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 87 minutes had been played when some careless play by ITAFUT 4EVER's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Ramiro Rosado was slow to take the kick. During this time Várzea F.C.'s players had a chance to rest. The corner ended in Ramiro Rosado almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but ITAFUT 4EVER's Ernesto Varela did a great save. Sidney Lima kicked well hit freekick during the 88th minute of the match. Sidney Lima got his second yellow card in the match during the 91st minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. In the 90th minute, one of ITAFUT 4EVER:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for ITAFUT 4EVER. In the 92nd minute there was a penalty for Várzea F.C.. Ramiro Rosado stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Ernesto Varela. 1-2. In the 96th match minute, ITAFUT 4EVER was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Afonso Maciel to maneuver through the defense. After 98 minutes ITAFUT 4EVER's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Ramiro Rosado who took care of the corner kick. Ramiro Rosado made a great header on Várzea F.C.'s corner, it was just that ITAFUT 4EVER's Ernesto Varela managed to reach the ball for a save. Várzea F.C.'s supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
