Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Zé Pedro Mendes got the match started through his kick off. Luizão Carvalho kicked well hit freekick during the 2nd minute of the match. After 3 played minutes, 卡納里尼奧 FC's Régis Vides shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Sílvio Moraes came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in 卡納里尼奧 FC reached it. Joel Bezerra recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 6th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After having played for 9 minutes, Bruninho Campidelis managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Goblins F.C.'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Bruninho Campidelis was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Carlos Marinho made an important save on a dangerous shot by Zé Pedro Mendes in the 16th minute. Sílvio Moraes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Régis Vides in the 18th minute of the match. In the 21stth minute of the game Laerte Marquez who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Goblins F.C.'s Sílvio Moraes was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Carlos Marinho was out of position in the 23 minute of play, and Bruninho Campidelis capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Bruninho Campidelis really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. 卡納里尼奧 FC's Gildo de Souza got a good chance for a goal in the 28th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Carlos Marinho showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bruninho Campidelis, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. Sílvio Moraes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Agostinho Guedes in the 33rd minute of play. After 36 played minutes 卡納里尼奧 FC got a freekick which was hit by Régis Vides. When 卡納里尼奧 FC's Laerte Marquez in the 43rd minute got a chance for a shot 43rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Goblins F.C.'s goalie prevented a goal. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Laerte Marquez to make the kick off. In the 51st match minute, 卡納里尼奧 FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Armandinho Pombal to maneuver through the defense. Eurico Paes's late challenge caught a Goblins F.C.'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Eurico Paes helped the player get up and apologised. Laerte Marquez hit a great freekick 59 minutes into the match. Carlos Marinho showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zé Pedro Mendes in the 63rd minute of the match. After having played for 71 minutes, Laerte Marquez managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. 卡納里尼奧 FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Laerte Marquez was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Amílton Marinho kicked well hit freekick during the 75th minute of the match. After recieving a nice pass, Goblins F.C.'s Waldemar Ramos tried to score from far away in the 76th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Bruninho Campidelis received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 81st minute. Carlos Marinho tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Sílvio Moraes didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Agostinho Guedes went, in the 84th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. If Agostinho Guedes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in Goblins F.C.'s zone, Régis Vides stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Sílvio Moraes came out of the goal and Régis Vides tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Egídio Cearense charged in rather forcefully in the 96th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Egídio Cearense the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 96th minute of the game. One of Goblins F.C.:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of 卡納里尼奧 FC:s goal. In the 97th minute there was a penalty for 卡納里尼奧 FC. Agostinho Guedes stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Sílvio Moraes. 1-2. 卡納里尼奧 FC's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
