Antônio Carlos Cavalcante showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nico Moreira in the 20th minute of the match. 22 minutes into the match, CANIL VON ZAATARI™️'s goalkeeper Genílson Gaspar had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Zé Orella. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by William Luz during the 25th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. William Luz kicked well hit freekick during the 25th minute of the match. Hernani Prata was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 29 minutes into the match. After 28 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for CANIL VON ZAATARI™️! The goalkeeper, Genílson Gaspar, was totally fooled by Palestra do Interior's David Vale, who 30 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Serafim Simão in the 33rd minute of play forced CANIL VON ZAATARI™️'s goalkeeper Genílson Gaspar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Palestra do Interior's Sandy Ogrocki got a free kick in the 34th minute. Antônio Carlos Cavalcante took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nico Moreira, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, CANIL VON ZAATARI™️'s Ulisses Valadares got a free kick in the 37th minute. When %teams%'s Zé Orella was free in front of goal, he didn't hesitate to shoot 3-0 just inside the left pole, 44 minutes into the game. Genílson Gaspar was annoyed at himself for letting in the shot. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Igor Jesus was the one to do the kick off. Palestra do Interior's Antônio Carlos Cavalcante proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 51st minute of the match, managed to save Palestra do Interior from getting a goal against them. When William Luz was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 59 minutes had been played. In the 60th match minute, Palestra do Interior was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by William Luz to maneuver through the defense. John Victor took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 60th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Antônio Carlos Cavalcante. Palestra do Interior's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. If Sandy Ogrocki had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Ulisses Valadares recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 79th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Genílson Gaspar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jhon Barcellos in the 82nd minute of play. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. There was no doubt that Palestra do Interior were the better team. Palestra do Interior's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
