Célio de Sousa struck a weak shot in the 12th minute. Severino Alcântara didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Jovens Democratas MZC. 14 minutes into the game, Wilian Antunes cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Severino Alcântara was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gil Velloso in the 21st minute of play forced Jovens Democratas MZC's goalkeeper Marquinhos Diniz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Wilian Antunes in the 25th minute of play forced AF CERRADO's goalkeeper Severino Alcântara to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 27 minutes into the match, Wilian Antunes notched a goal, 0-5, to the right of AF CERRADO's Severino Alcântara. Severino Alcântara was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Paulinho Fonseca received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. Severino Alcântara tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Marquinhos Diniz made a fantastic save in the 33rd minute, when Gil Velloso sent off a good shot on target. In the 34th minute, Emanuel Branco ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Severino Alcântara was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-6. After 40 played minutes AF CERRADO got a freekick which was hit by Lino Araújo. In the 40th minute of the match Célio de Sousa shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Severino Alcântara showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. 43 minutes into the game, Wilian Antunes cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-8. Severino Alcântara was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in.

AF CERRADO's Severino Alcântara played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Wilian Antunes in the 51st minute of play. If Célio de Sousa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Severino Alcântara stood somewhat misplaced when Emanuel Branco came free in front of goal and shot 0-9 to the left of him in the 53 minute. The supporters of AF CERRADO booed when Jovens Democratas MZC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 57 match minutes in a wonderful position. Zé Augusto Tinoco didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Paulinho Fonseca had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Wilian Antunes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 62nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. When the match had gone on for 64 minutes, Wilian Antunes put it in 0-10 from a short distance just to the right of Severino Alcântara. Zé Augusto Tinoco received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 68th minute. Severino Alcântara tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jovens Democratas MZC's Benedito Tande was substituted for Mateus Macedo. Severino Alcântara made a fantastic save in the 71st minute, when Emanuel Branco sent off a good shot on target. In the 73rd minute, AF CERRADO's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Paulinho Fonseca fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. In the 74th match minute, AF CERRADO was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by José Maria Favoretto to maneuver through the defense. Severino Alcântara showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Wilian Antunes in the 76th minute of the match. The corner led Jovens Democratas MZC's Célio de Sousa to fire away a dangerous shot which Severino Alcântara despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Wilian Antunes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 79th minute. Severino Alcântara tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 80th minute Wilian Antunes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Severino Alcântara saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in AF CERRADO's zone, Zé Augusto Tinoco stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Severino Alcântara came out of the goal and Zé Augusto Tinoco tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Emanuel Branco took the ball and in the 83 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Severino Alcântara. Severino Alcântara dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-11. Emanuel Branco was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 85th minute. Jovens Democratas MZC's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. After 87th play minutes Wilian Antunes shot 0-12, a short shot which went by Severino Alcântara and just under the crossbar into goal. Wilian Antunes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 91st minute. Severino Alcântara tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Severino Alcântara stood somewhat misplaced when Emanuel Branco came free in front of goal and shot 0-13 to the left of him in the 92 minute. Emanuel Branco's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Severino Alcântara read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 95th minute of play. Jovens Democratas MZC played a much better game than AF CERRADO and deserved their victory. The AF CERRADO players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
