The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. Tiago Gabriel Luz's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Conrado Ceresso firmly grabbed it by the left post. In the 7th match minute, Canarinho Atordoado was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tiago Gabriel Luz to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Evaristo Favoretto in the 14th minute of play forced Nas Horas Vagas F.C's goalkeeper Conrado Ceresso to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Conrado Ceresso made an important save on a dangerous shot by Tiago Gabriel Luz in the 15th minute. Otávio Pimenta hit a great freekick 18 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, Nas Horas Vagas F.C's Paulinho Mota got a free kick in the 19th minute. Conrado Ceresso showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Evaristo Favoretto, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Tiago Gabriel Luz got free with Conrado Ceresso in the 26th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Luiz Guilherme do Nascimento could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 30th minute of the match, but Conrado Ceresso made a huge save. 43 minutes into the game, Canarinho Atordoado's Evaristo Favoretto nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Conrado Ceresso made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-1. The audience thought a goal was coming when Tiago Gabriel Luz got free with Conrado Ceresso in the 46th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 47 minutes into the game, Zé Mello was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Nas Horas Vagas F.C's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Canarinho Atordoado the free kick. In the 47th match minute, Nas Horas Vagas F.C was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Zé Mello to maneuver through the defense. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-1.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Evaristo Favoretto made a kick off. Conrado Ceresso showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Evaristo Favoretto in the 51st minute of the match. Evaristo Favoretto scored 4-1 in the 54th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Conrado Ceresso, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Conrado Ceresso made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Evaristo Favoretto in the 57th minute of play. When the referee ended the match the Canarinho Atordoado players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
