In the 21stth minute of the game Walmyr de Andrade who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Castanheiro SC's Doni Seco was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Délio Tepedino showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mauro Sarmento in the 23rd minute of the match. 23 minutes into the game, Marcelo Eger lined in a short shot 3-0 behind a frustrated Délio Tepedino. Marcelo Eger did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 4-0 to the left of a surprised Délio Tepedino 27 minutes into the match. The Castanheiro SC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 6-0. After 47 played minutes ≈SΞVĺЯΔ FC™ got a freekick which was hit by Silas Pires. ≈SΞVĺЯΔ FC™'s Tadeu Prado was substituted for Edvaldo Pires. After 50 played minutes ≈SΞVĺЯΔ FC™ got a freekick which was hit by Silas Pires. Mauro Sarmento hit a great freekick 51 minutes into the match. Af the end of the first half the score was 6-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Délio Tepedino took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marcelo Eger, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Délio Tepedino made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marcelo Eger in the 60th minute of play. Délio Tepedino showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Geovani Madureira, who was totally free with the ball in the 62nd minute. Délio Tepedino came out of the goal in the 63rd minute to try and stop a shot by Castanheiro SC's Marcelo Eger. After 95 played minutes Castanheiro SC got a freekick which was hit by Ulisses Senna. When the match had gone on for 98 minutes, Mauro Sarmento put it in 13-0 from a short distance just to the right of Délio Tepedino.
