BMB IMOVEIS SC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Guto Bastos was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. Denílson Vander kicked well hit freekick during the 18th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, BMB IMOVEIS SC's Moisés de Lara got a free kick in the 20th minute. Dorival Carvalho scored 0-3 in the 21st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Claudinho Valladares, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 29 minutes into the game, Amauri Sampaio cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-4. Claudinho Valladares was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 32ndth minute of the game Dorival Carvalho who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but BMB IMOVEIS SC's Claudinho Valladares was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 37th minute, Severino Campidelis got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 39th play minutes Dorival Carvalho shot 0-5, a short shot which went by Claudinho Valladares and just under the crossbar into goal. Dorival Carvalho received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 43rd minute. Claudinho Valladares tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 44 minutes into the match, Severino Campidelis had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of João Francisco Viana. Capivara FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Severino Campidelis was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-5. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-5.

In the 58th minute the ball was on its way in behind Capivara FC's goalkeeper João Francisco Viana, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. During the 64th minute of the match Severino Campidelis completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Severino Campidelis a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. Claudinho Valladares showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Amauri Sampaio, who was totally free with the ball in the 67th minute. Amauri Sampaio might have been able to make a better finish in the 74th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Claudinho Valladares. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Amauri Sampaio ran back to his position shaking his head. BMB IMOVEIS SC's Claudinho Valladares proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 91st minute of the match, managed to save BMB IMOVEIS SC from getting a goal against them. Capivara FC's Amauri Sampaio got a good chance for a goal in the 95th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 96 minutes into the match, BMB IMOVEIS SC's goalkeeper Claudinho Valladares had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Dorival Carvalho. Capivara FC's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
