The Fabiofs players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Merusca F&P - CIMZ were winning 0-3.

The Merusca F&P - CIMZ fans' excitement grew in the 51st match minute when Merusca F&P - CIMZ's Adelino Costa looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. In the 60th match minute, Fabiofs was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vítor Urbano to maneuver through the defense. Cristóvão Tepedino made in the 71st minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Cícero Diniz however managed to control. In the 75th minute, Adelino Costa ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. João de Queirós was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-6. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tiaguinho Cardoso in the 81st minute of play forced Fabiofs's goalkeeper João de Queirós to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. João de Queirós showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tiaguinho Cardoso, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute.
