Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Curiphila Eagles's Donato Prestes started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Naldo Costa scored 1-0 in the 3rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Claudinho Valladares, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 6th minute, Donato Prestes left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Curiphila Eagles fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. BMB IMOVEIS SC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 12th minute, when Donato Prestes scored to the left of an out of position Claudinho Valladares, making the score, 3-0. Tadeu do Vale recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 14th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 17th minute, Moisés de Lara managed to get in a good position for a shot. BMB IMOVEIS SC's supporters rose to their feet, but Moisés de Lara was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Murilo Paiva breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 19th minute, Ronaldão Mello hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. BMB IMOVEIS SC's Claudinho Valladares played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Donato Prestes in the 23rd minute of play. In the 25th minute Anselmo Mineiro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Murilo Paiva saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in BMB IMOVEIS SC's zone, Donato Prestes stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Claudinho Valladares came out of the goal and Donato Prestes tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Moisés de Lara received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 42nd minute. Murilo Paiva tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Moisés de Lara made a kick off. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Túlio de Barros during the 55th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Curiphila Eagles's Túlio de Barros got a free kick in the 55th minute. In the 62nd minute Tadeu do Vale shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Claudinho Valladares saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Túlio de Barros hit a great freekick 63 minutes into the match. 66 minutes into the match, BMB IMOVEIS SC's goal looked a bit too open when Tadeu do Vale came free, but Claudinho Valladares reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Claudinho Valladares came out of the goal in the 70th minute to try and stop a shot by Curiphila Eagles's Tadeu do Vale. But to his dismay, Tadeu do Vale quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-0. If Kiko Mattos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Moisés de Lara fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Murilo Paiva having to interfere. Reinaldo Cearense sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Donato Prestes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Claudinho Valladares having to interfere. Reinaldo Cearense received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 94th minute. Claudinho Valladares tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Claudinho Valladares showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tadeu do Vale, who was totally free with the ball in the 97th minute. Curiphila Eagles walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
